I'm very recommend this hotel, because the location is very good. Easy to walk to the bus stop or JR station. Although the Onsen not so big, but it can help us to relax...👍👍👍

Nice hotel At great price with reasonable room size. Don’t forget to use the great bath and residents common room in Basement 1. Pillow selection corner on level 1 is a nice touch the hotel offers. The 1000 yen breakfast is a bargain with variety of choices.

Good walking distance from JR station. Room is cozy with clean bed sheet. Public bath and the changing room are too small, they can get very crowd at night peak time

This is my fourth stay at this hotel, and the bed has a serious sagging issue. I woke up with back pain, so I recommend that the hotel pays more attention to the quality of the accommodations. 第四次住這家飯店，床已有嚴重的塌陷狀況，起床後腰酸背痛，建議飯店能重視住宿品質。

It's very clean and well-equipped. For the same price point, it offers excellent value for money. The room is a bit small, but Japanese hotel rooms generally aren't very spacious. The onsen (hot spring bath) facilities are also very clean. It's close to popular attractions, highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again.

The location is not bad for those who planned to take buses or want to walk around the malls in JR station. However, the facilities in the hotel is the best, rooms are not tiny like usual Japanese hotel, the onsen inside the hotel is also very nice. I really enjoy it!!!! 

Great location, accessible to various places. Front desk service and carpark service can be improved. Carpark valet service had re-directed to other locations despite confirmation of hotel booking.

The twin room is a bit bigger than I expected as you can still open your luggage. I like the toilet and bathing are separate. Though the public bath is a bit crowded (small one) but a plus to the amenities. Also this is the only hotel I stayed this time with TV with YouTube and Netflix. Overall, I highly recommend!

the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of sapporo, and is not far away from the main shopping mall and other shopping streets, they offer carpark to hotel residents at 1500 JPY per night too, which is a covered carpark and is easy to use too

Very close to JR, and the room was clean. I recommend walking on the ground level, it's closer and more direct. 24-hour front desk service. The decor is also new. Recommended!

Location is perfect especially for those catching early train out of Sapporo! Value for money :) Additional amenities like public bath and manga reading area is cool!

Comfortable and fuss-free stay. Loved the public bath at the basement. 3-mins walk to the airport bus limousine stop at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel, which made our airport transfer very easy.
