The breakfast was pretty good, a pleasant surprise. The triple room was a bit small for three adults; we couldn't open our suitcases. However, the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very convenient. It was also easy to find places to eat downstairs.

The hotel is a bit old, can be seen from the toilet type and overall bedroom + bathroom design. But still functioning properly. Bed is on the softer side. We can see mountains afar from the window. They receive my takkyubin well and it has been waiting inside our room when we check in (got 30 mins earlier check in). Service is friendly! Cleaning service every day is nice. Location is not really close to train station but there are a few exits within walking distance, though it’s not right nearby. We got access to the lounge as we were staying in Cross Floor, but the snacks variety are small and the same everyday. Freeflow wine and beer is cool though. We mostly just eat the nuts. Maybe better if you can provide Hokkaido milk instead of these sugary drinks. Thanks!

The hotel is located in Odori, not far from Odori subway station, and actually quite close to Sapporo Station, about a 9-minute walk. The area is relatively quiet but still has convenience stores and restaurants, so the location is pretty good. I booked a Cross Floor room with a view of Sapporo TV Tower. The room isn't huge, but just about big enough to open two suitcases. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water; you need to get drinking water from the dispenser in the elevator area. However, guests on the Cross Floor get complimentary access to the lounge and public bath, which is a big plus for those who enjoy a drink. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't feature any particularly impressive dishes.

The window faced a wall! When I drew the curtains, there was nothing but a wall. I was given one of the only two weirdly shaped rooms on the floor, while my friend in a similar room had a much better view. The breakfast area reeked of cooking oil, and the smell even permeated the elevator! They claim the facilities are new, but the room phone was broken, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk whenever I needed something. There was no service whatsoever.

The hotel's location is really convenient. I stayed here for 2 nights straight, then went to Asahikawa, and came back to Sapporo and stayed here again. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo.
