Small room but clean. The breakfast is a restaurant, it is an individual order type. However, the food quality is great, and volume is like having lunch.

酒店安排的房間很好，安靜舒適，乾淨寬敞。酒店比較好找，札幌站南口出來沿主路走到舊廳舍的步行街，左拐走不遠就能看到前方街口樓頂上大大的酒店名字，晚上亮燈後更明顯。1樓餐廳對外營業，早餐是日式定食，晚餐是單點，味道都不錯。

從京都站前到橫濱站的Richmond住下來都非常滿意，因此此次北海道之旅也選擇了札幌站前Richmond。首先酒店地理位置很不錯，步行至札幌站10分鐘左右；到函館和小樽的長途巴士步行僅5分鐘；去定山溪的河童巴士就在酒店出門右轉的路上步行僅三分鐘左右；酒店樓下就是札幌地鐵東豐線。酒店是日本的商務酒店，有許多出差人士入住。酒店大堂有各類洗漱備品，從洗面奶、卸粧油到面膜都有。酒店房間一人入住還是可以的，箱子也能打開。酒店前台英語不錯，接待也很熱情。值得一提的是在攜程預訂完給酒店發郵件確認，酒店很快就回復了。但要吐槽的是，1）酒店不提供瓶裝水，因為水龍頭是直飲水。2）酒店早餐券可以換Richmond自製蛋糕。早餐是在樓下一家餐廳以套餐形式，有5-6種選擇。但是餐廳較小，人也較多需要排挺久的隊。更主要的是餐廳一位男服務人員對於外籍客人態度比較惡劣。因此第一天晚上在電梯裏看到告示説“次日早餐人會很多請大家預留更多時間。”時，就在前台換了蛋糕，蛋糕味道無功無過。所以酒店早餐不推薦。

Clean, efficient, comfortable and great breakfast.
Near the exit 22&21 of Sapporo station but no lift to access the station, a bit inconvenient if have heavy luggage, however airport bus is just a short walk away.

房間也不算小，我們兩個行李箱放的下，就是床真的不大。設施還是齊全的。住過好幾家裡士滿，因為滿意，所以這次札幌也訂的他家，性價比是挺高，而且各種備品都送，護膚品和麪膜我都不用帶了。位置不錯，距離札幌站挺近的，吃飯購物都很方便。

Location good for travelling in/out as short walk from the station but a bit off from the more happening areas. Still 20min walk to a load of restaurants and shopping and a bit over half hour to Sapporo Beer museum is not bad. Room size pretty standard small, bath was a tad bigger than other local chains we stayed in. All well cleaned and well maintained, good ac, good fridge and quiet at night. Great staff, ok set menu breakfast but would prefer a small buffet. Also the breakfast room doubles as a restaurant in the evening and theres a bit of smoke in the walls, also builds a bit of a line at certain times but waiting time was not too bad during our stay. Would consider again if returning to Sapporo.

北海道親自遊，住在札幌，交通方便，環境尚可。工作人員沒什麼服務，冷臉。打掃房間要自己從電視機上選擇。好麻煩。自助洗漱用具，面膜紅茶咖啡。
旁邊正在建設一個大樓，特別吵。特別吵。早上睡不好。
