I booked a single room but it could accommodate one child, which was great value for money. You can also enjoy views of Sapporo city. The breakfast was good and the location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping street right downstairs and close proximity to department stores like Daimaru. Choosing this hotel for our last night was a very smart decision.

I stayed at two hotels in Sapporo this time, and compared to the previous one, the front desk staff here had significantly better English, at least enough to be understood without needing to find Chinese-speaking service, haha. The hotel is conveniently located right above the JR station, which is why my family often chooses it, although the price is quite high. The room size was moderate, and overall, I had a good experience.

Noise was the biggest issue. Although the hotel posted a notice about nearby construction, the soundproofing was simply terrible. Every flush of the toilet in the bathroom also made a very loud noise. The staff's English definitely needs improvement; it was difficult to communicate about anything. The female staff were all good, but the male staff were not. However, I chose this hotel for its location and excellent breakfast, and it certainly lived up to its reputation in that regard. The hotel's hot spring isn't open 24 hours, and it has many restrictions, so it's not worth paying extra for – it's simply not worth the money. Currently, the value for money is very low.

I booked a total of 3 nights. For the last night, I originally had to switch rooms when I made the reservation, but the hotel staff kindly confirmed during check-in that I wouldn't need to change rooms. Very thoughtful!

Conveniently located with plenty of shops nearby, the breakfast was excellent, and the view from the window was unbeatable. Most of the staff were service-minded. The room facilities were complete, and the complimentary amenities were of good quality.

The location is excellent, right next to JR Sapporo Station, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The hotel's breakfast is extensive, offering both Japanese and Western options, and tastes great. The service was also attentive. We were very satisfied.

The views were absolutely stunning, no complaints there. Everything else was great too, though the train noise was a bit loud. But that's understandable, given how convenient the location is – you win some, you lose some. The hotel service, however, was excellent. It's a shame I couldn't use the bath because of my tattoos, that was a bit disappointing.
