stayed here for two days ，the hotel is in a good location and it's a relatively nice hot - spring hotel in the local area. Here are some aspects that I found a bit inconvenient during my check-in, and I'd like to share them with you. 1. The housekeeper suggested wearing the clothes and slippers provided by the hotel. It's a pity that all the sizes are the same. It doesn't matter much about the clothes, but the slippers are too big. They make it extremely difficult to walk and it's very easy to and fall. 2. There are a lot of steps in the room. An elderly person in my family tripped and fell when going to the toilet in the middle of the night. You must be careful at night. 3. Most of the customers are Japanese. As for payment, they can only pay in cash or use Visa or Master cards. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. 4. One last thing to pay special attention to is the door of the room. You need to lock it additionally both when entering and exiting the room. If you don't fasten all the locks from the inside when you come in, people outside will be able to open the door. We've already had the embarrassing experience of three of us lying in bed when a group of people suddenly burst in from outside. Please keep this in mind.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They can speak good English and that helps us a lot. We only spent a night at the hotel and had to leave at 6am in the morning for the airport. The hotel was very considerate and very kind to allow us to substitute the lunch buffet for the breakfast buffet which otherwise we would miss. The hotel was on the mountain and the cottage was nicely decorated. We spent a very romantic night in the snowy weather enjoying the cozy onsen. The food at the dinner buffet was very delicious and in a great variety. We are thinking about returning for a longer stay.

The dining experience was good, and there was no feeling of chaos when everyone was in a rush. It was so pleasant to soak in the hot springs while it was snowing! In the evening, you can roast marshmallows and listen to music in the lobby, which is also very relaxing. In short, I am very satisfied with all aspects and will stay here again next time.

If you arrive early, you can go around the area. There are not many people in Futami Park, which is very photogenic. The Jozankei Shrine happened to have a snow lantern festival on the day I went there. The hotel gave me 3 free tickets. After a round of sightseeing, I arrived at the room and my luggage was already put away. The hot springs and meals were also impeccable. Worth it!
