Susukino Granbell Hotel Reviews

Very nice hotel , will stay again. Our room has view of the TV tower, walkable to the fish market and Odori park.

Hotel was gr9, cheap and great. Had a free soba for any order, so I got a Y2,000 shot of yamazaki 12 (but with a cover charge of Y300)

Very convenient location. Next to subway station and walking distance to most of the attractions like the market, shopping street and ramen valley. There is a pay parking at the hotel. Good for those rented a car in Hokkaido. The room is very modern and clean. The bed is super comfortable. Staff service very good.

Near station and walk around 5 mins to commercial zone, room is small but it is normal in japan

we can understand that language gap exists but your male staff should seek help rather than turn his back and walk away when we ask for directions!

Giving 4 stars for cleanliness only because the men's public bath dressing area smell like vomit. Otherwise the rest of the hotel was great. Centrally located. Room are tiny as expected from japan hotels.

The lady staff at check in counter handling my check in was the most impolite hotel receptionist I had even come across not only in Japan but also in Asia. Her altitude was rude, arrogant, impatient to answer questions and always wore a long black face. I will never stay in your hotel again.

Great location with shopping mall, restaurants, coffee shop and convenient stores nearby. Just 2 train stops from the bustling Sapporo station.

Great location in Susukino with a lively nightlife nearby. However, the hotel is quite small, and the hot spring bath is more like a public bath. It's just average and a bit pricey.
