Short walk to JR Sapporo Station Exit 5 albeit a short flight of about 10 stairs. Need to go one round for accessibility free pathway if carrying luggage. Otherwise, it’s a convenient location with direct access to chi-ka-ho underground tunnel that leads to odori and susukino stations

The room is bigger than expected. Able to put 2 medium size luggages. It has every essential things provided, sufficient light, bright room and separate bath and toilet room. Clean and nice! I had twin room right to the end of corridor. Hotel provided Toothbrushes and toothpaste, even has cleaning oil, toner, face cleanser, cream in small individual packets. The items were placed at hotel lobby. Japanese paid buffet breakfast provided at 2nd floor. Checkin and checkout is fast and simple. Hotel is located near the train station. A lot of shopping and eatery places nearby.

The room layout was well-designed, and the location was super convenient – just a 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station's North Exit. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Plus, most of the popular attractions were within walking distance.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes from the JR East Exit (North Gate). It's super close to the train and subway lines, and in the evening, you can go up JR Tower for stunning night views of Sapporo. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants right around the station. The hotel's breakfast selection is excellent as well.

The hotel is very close to Sapporo JR, only few minutes walk from Exit North. A lots of restaurants and shops close to JR. Metro Exit 16 just opposite to the hotel. The room is not big but ok for us. The staffs are polite, the room is tidy up every day. Highly recommended

This Japanese city hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and highly organized layout. Unlike typical compact urban properties, the room was remarkably spacious for Sapporo. The absolute biggest advantage is its proximity to the main train station, making travel to and from the airport incredibly seamless and stress-free. It was a thoroughly convenient and excellent stay.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The toilet and shower were separate, which was convenient. On the ground floor, you can store your luggage and also weigh it, which is handy for airplane check-in. It's only a five-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which is very convenient.

Great location. Just 2-5 minutes on foot from JR East Gate or North Exit. Convenient. Easy to get Subway. Nearby have 7 Eleven, Lawson and eateries at APIA area. Nearby Stellar Place, Damairu, Big Camera, Tokyu Department. Just 15 to 20 minutes on foot to Sapporo TV Tower, or you may hop on Subway to Odori Station and Susukino Station for shopping.

Great location only downside is the washer need wait till late night than can use. Else everything else is good.

Location is great. Easy to get train for early flight. Hotel cleanness is great except lift is a bit slow.

Self check in system with assisstance from front line officer. The hotel room quite small but accessibility to shopping areas and JR line is relatively convenient.

Facilities: The hotel is quite new. I was given a room on the 14th floor, the highest floor. The wood-toned decor is very cozy. What I liked most were the small sofa and the large table, which were super convenient for placing items and eating. The bed was also very comfortable, more than enough for one person. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and very thoroughly, which I was quite happy with. The toiletries were DHC brand, and there was a disposable toothbrush, tea bags, and coffee. However, there didn't seem to be bottled water, although the hotel mentioned the tap water is drinkable. Environment: The hotel is located north of Sapporo Station's East Exit, which is relatively quiet. There's a 7-Eleven right near the hotel downstairs and a Lawson across the street, making it very convenient for breakfast and other necessities. You can walk directly to Hokkaido University from the north side. Since I was traveling to Otaru and Asahikawa and came to Sapporo on the Hokuto train from Hakodate, staying near Sapporo Station felt more convenient for getting around than the Susukino area. Service: The hotel staff provided excellent service; the front desk always greeted guests when entering and exiting. The price for this booking was also very reasonable, offering good value for money. I would definitely stay here again during the snowy season.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from North exit of Sapporo JR station, highly recommended when travel during winter time, as it is difficult to walk on snow with luggage. Room is clean and comfy. I like the coins laundry machine in the hotel, to put in the clothes one time off for both washing and drying.
