Sapporo Grand Hotel

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Sapporo. It's a convenient 7-8 minute walk from Sapporo Station's underground passage, and you can also reach Odori Park through the underground shopping street. Supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, and cafes are all easily accessible nearby. The hotel's own bakery and cafe are also excellent. The airport bus stop behind the hotel is very convenient, and for local day trips, you only need to walk to Sapporo Station. So, the location and amenities are perfect. The hotel offers larger rooms, though the layout isn't ideal – they're long and narrow, which feels a bit inconvenient. However, the Sapporo beer in the executive rooms is a definite plus, and the hotel breakfast is incredibly delicious. This time, due to the same room type not being available for consecutive nights and my itinerary, I had to make 3 separate bookings, switching between 2 room types, sometimes with breakfast and sometimes without…

This is an established hotel with excellent service. The rooms are spacious for Japan. The location is great, with a direct airport bus connection, and it's quite close to both Sapporo Station and Odori Station. The room facilities are relatively simple but very functional, and the shower door seals perfectly without any leaks. It was a bit inconvenient not having bedside tables, though.

An established luxury hotel, and absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient to get to the JR station, Odori Station, and Tanukikoji shopping street via the underground walkway. Especially noteworthy are the three breakfast restaurants you can choose from. We stayed for four days this time and tried them all. Personally, I recommend "Kanraku," the Japanese restaurant on the fourth floor.
