Worst experience in Japan. Even business hotel chains are cleaner than this. Seems like the rooms were not throughly cleaned after the previous check out. Headed down to specifically request for the chips to be cleaned. Everything else ended up cleaned EXCEPT for the chips. Extremely pricey hotel for the poor cleanliness and service.

The hotel has a nice environment, just two blocks away from Odori Park 11-chome and four blocks from Tanukikoji. The breakfast was the best; you could even make your own seafood donburi with various seafood options. The hot spring required a fee so I didn't go, but the bathroom wasn't small either.

Abit distance from city center, room is clean but building is old. however is cheap. One thing i not happy with it is the room did not provide shaver and you need to pay for it

The biggest advantage of Sapporo Prince Hotel is the direct airport shuttle bus, but its location is still a bit far from the city center. The front desk service was very good, although their English communication skills could be improved. Breakfast was a highlight, with a rich variety of Japanese and Western options, especially the two types of Hokkaido-produced milk which tasted excellent.

Excellent stay! Great location and the breakfast was amazing, with a good variety of fruits and seafood. The ice cream and milk were delicious too. Plus, the hotel offers a hot spring service with very clean water. A perfect experience all around.

The room was adequate, the facilities were well-appointed, and the ambiance was pleasant. I'd definitely book again.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the subway, which is pretty good. There's a small supermarket, McDonald's, and Sukiya right across the street, making breakfast super convenient. The room wasn't huge, and the disposable amenities could use some improvement – no disposable slippers, and the toothpaste was really hard to squeeze out. The most baffling thing is that the hotel's hot spring facility is open to the public for an additional fee, even for guests. This really brought down the value for money for me, so I probably won't choose to stay here again.

The staff was nice, but the renovations of the diner and breakfast facility made eating at the hotel an uncomfortable challenge - and was not mentioned in advance when we made the reservation. The location compensated.

Compared with last week we stayed in this hotel, we found out the services provided on the weekend was worse than weekday.

A bit old hotel, far from JR station, spent JPY 1500 per trip each time to JR station, room and bed is small, SPA cost exta jpy 1000/ person, it is not free for hotel guests, breakfast restaurant under renovation, have to go to next door hotel restaurant for breakfast, a hospital is on the side of the hotel.

The breakfast is too good so many choices also the room very clean

I had a night stay so the hotel is sufficient, got parking. but do expect it could get busy and quite crowded.
