The hotel reminded me of New York City's Empire State Building with the Art Deco motif. It's an old classic look which I found to be very appealing. Location wise it's less than 10 minutes on foot from Sapporo station. There are a number of tourist, shopping, nightlife and restaurant spots all within walking distance. The view from the room was spectacular and everything was very clean. The breakfast, especially the waffle station, was delicious and offered a wide variety of western and Asian dishes.

It is located in the centre of Sapporo City. 10 minutes walk North you will find JR Sapporo Station and 10 minutes South you will find the busy commercial district of Susukino. If you are travel from the airport, the airport Liner bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the journey will take more than 90 minutes as there are quite a few stops before arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Be sure to book the breakfast if available. It costs 3300Yen if pay separately at the hotel but the breakfast at the Northern Terrace is one of the best buffet breakfast I have ever tasted.

Posh looking hotel tucked in the corner a few streets away from Sapporo station, the hotel looks much different from what pictures tell. Stayed for 2 nights - amenities provided in the hotel room were plentiful with a decent sized bathtub and beds. We want to highlight the reception for being very service oriented, asking if we were on our honeymoon and gave us a free upgrade on the spot. The only inconvenience would be the lack of a free onsen facility but I'll have to consider the rest of the hotel a win.

I love this hotel in how good their service is. I didn't receive my package and the front desk Mr. Kudoh response efficiently and assisted at once to found my package. The room is clean, bed is large and with non-smoking. Large bathtub and the room looks very nice. Location is superb too only 1min to bus station and subway. 30s to convenient store. Nice modern looking hotel that is easily accessible through underground walkway from Sapporo JR Station (can take Exit 3 Miredo/Sitatte building and it's just short walk above ground from there). Room was compact for family of 4 but other than that, was totally great. New, modern looking with internet connected TV, so we could access YouTube for non-Japanese content. Hotel is also near attractions like Sapporo TV Tower, Clock Tower, Government Office, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel location is excellent, just several minutes' walking distance from Sapporo Station, and best of all, you can use the underground pass and use the elevator at exit 23, and from there it is only around 200m to the hotel (or exit 22 if you do not mind walking the stairs, then it is only around 150m to the hotel). We stayed there in winter when it was snowing heavily outside, so we were very grateful for this. Less than 10 minutes' walk away are famous landmarks such as Sapporo Beer Factory, Sapporo TV Tower and Odori Park. The staff were all very patient, friendly and helpful. Room is quite standard sized for a Japanese hotel in the city, small but clean. I liked the fact that they have a wide range of pillows that you can freely choose from, and also that there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers available. Our rooms came with breakfast at the adjoining Yayoi restaurant. I am not sure whether it is standard for this hotel or whether it is because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but there was no buffet, and instead breakfast is available in only 4 fixed options (3 Japanese style and 1 Western style), which is the same every day. For example, no eggs, milk, cereal, etc. as what you might expect from a standard Western style breakfast, and the side dishes for the Japanese style options are also fixed so there is no variety. It is not a big problem for the average traveller just staying one or two nights, but having more variety would be nice for example when you are staying for more than a few days, or are a fussy eater. Children set meals are also available at very affordable prices.

I stayed for 2 nights from August 2nd (Tuesday) 8 weeks ago. How long will it take from Sapporo Station? While thinking, I went a little detour, but I passed a safe road aiming for a large landmark. Once I knew the location, I arrived immediately after the next. I couldn't see it from the room, but it was close to the main street park and the illumination of the TV tower was beautiful. I didn't use the dining room because it was this time, but I didn't have a hard time eating because there was a convenience store nearby after leaving the hotel. Unlike the local Hiroshima and Tokyo on the way, the ground wave was quite cool and easy to spend! On the contrary, the underground shopping mall was hot (＞ _ ＜) It was a pity that the key was not a card (^-^;

I wanted to spend a relaxing time, so I made a plan with all-you-can-view VOD and checked in at 15:00. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly
