The hotel reminded me of New York City's Empire State Building with the Art Deco motif. It's an old classic look which I found to be very appealing. Location wise it's less than 10 minutes on foot from Sapporo station. There are a number of tourist, shopping, nightlife and restaurant spots all within walking distance. The view from the room was spectacular and everything was very clean. The breakfast, especially the waffle station, was delicious and offered a wide variety of western and Asian dishes.

If you are travel from the airport, the airport Liner bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the journey will take more than 90 minutes as there are quite a few stops before arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Be sure to book the breakfast if available. It costs 3300Yen if pay separately at the hotel but the breakfast at the Northern Terrace is one of the best buffet breakfast I have ever tasted.

This may be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in during my time in Japan; the design is modern, the buffet is wonderful (although a little pricy) and the view of Odori park was great. I especially enjoyed the bath, as it was separate from the toilet, which is rare for smaller hotel rooms in this country. The staff were very kind and understanding, as I had asked for my luggage to be held until 3 pm but I didn’t retrieve it till much later with no issue. I stayed in the standard queen room and got more than I expected. Would recommend heartily!

It was good that the room was non-smoking, which is not common in Japan. The room was warm even if it was not heated separately and the cleaning was tidy throughout 3 nights. The front desk staff spoke English and was comfortable and comfortable with a variety of bathroom amenities. The location of the hotel was far from the city center, so it was very good except that it was a little uncomfortable to walk on a rainy day.

The hotel is fabulously clean, amenities are well chosen and of higher quality compared to business hotels of same price range. Location can be a little far from major stations but it was a pleasant walk from Sapporo Station without much difficulty finding the place. The service was excellent although check-In was done on a tablet mostly when the front clerk was right in front of me which was a shame as the person could have done the same. (It could be the hotel's initiative on digitalizing the guest info sheet that is a legal requirement for hotels to do, I do rather type on the tablet than writing on a sheet of paper as I have horribly illegible writing style)

They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

I was looking for an inn in Sapporo where I was soaring because of the schedule that I stayed for two nights from November 1 and three consecutive holidays, and I booked it immediately because this inn I found in JTB was the personal lowest price. When you arrive, the building is a bit old and feels history, but the staff is good and the room cleaning situation is no problem. There was a male bath on the second floor (the third floor for women), and the room was 8 tatami mats with the bus toilet, and it was a fresh feeling that it came to the hot spring inn even though it came to Sapporo. I wonder when I've been sleeping in a futon in a tatami room... I didn't care at all because there was no setting of a non-smoking room. If you are worried about it, the on-off sound of the refrigerator in the room was surprisingly large at bedtime, so you took off every outlet and went to bed, and parking the car of the guest without a gap in the space in front of the hotel entrance If you have a big luggage, you will have less 々 hard to get out of the road? The hotel is close to Nijo market and within 10 minutes walk to Odori Park and Suki, and the location is good, and the CP is high, and it was a hotel that I would like to stay again when I come to Sapporo.

I wanted to spend a relaxing time, so I made a plan with all-you-can-view VOD and checked in at 15:00. As soon as you put your luggage in the room, you can take a bath in the large communal bath, and of course there is no one, so it is reserved. I started by arranging the beer I bought when I warmed up.However, the moment I saw the content of VOD, the plan I had envisioned collapsed. There is no content I was thinking of looking around. I checked it many times, but there are still limited videos. What I was trying to see was the anime ”Tasty Shinbo” and there is no distribution of the anime itself. After all, I didn't have the video I wanted to see, so I spent time watching the terrestrial broadcasting. I think that the VOD form of this hotel is only a very limited content distribution such as Western and Japanese paintings, so I think that the taste is different. As can be said to other hotels, VOD is always 々 because it is easy to plan because it can obtain information in advance if there is an explanation of which service is using in HP. Staff, public bath, room, service is great.

Very satisfied with the hotel, the booking price was less than 400rmb per night. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the two adults and one child couldn't sleep at all (picture 1), so we went downstairs to communicate with the hotel staff and they successfully changed to a larger room. I also paid a reasonable price difference~ The hotel is new and very clean...the staff is very friendly. It's right next to Tanukikoji, very convenient ~ If I go to Sapporo again, I will continue to choose them

I love this hotel in how good their service is. I didn't receive my package and the front desk Mr. Kudoh response efficiently and assisted at once to found my package. The room is clean, bed is large and with non-smoking. Large bathtub and the room looks very nice. Location is superb too only 1min to bus station and subway. 30s to convenient store. I will definitely come back when I visit Hokkaido! 友達と２泊しました。ちょっどな郵便物トラブルが起こしましたが、さすがにフロント工藤さん早速の対応力に脱帽です、秒で解決した👍🏻迷った上このホテルを選んでよかったです。ヘアも広い、快適に過ごしました✨️

Nice modern looking hotel that is easily accessible through underground walkway from Sapporo JR Station (can take Exit 3 Miredo/Sitatte building and it's just short walk above ground from there). Room was compact for family of 4 but other than that, was totally great. New, modern looking with internet connected TV, so we could access YouTube for non-Japanese content. Hotel is also near attractions like Sapporo TV Tower, Clock Tower, Government Office, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The front desk is on the second floor, and if you press ↑ from the first floor to the elevator, the button on the second floor seems to be automatically pushed. The lounge and breakfast venue were also on the second floor and were wide 々.
