This is hotel is very dated. The rooms are small and somewhat cramped. The bathroom and shower is small, cramped and is an old style bathtub with shower. There are no USB ports for recharging your phone. The breakfast food was equally bland, like it had been into a microwave. This place is an example of cookie-cutter, corporate mediocrity, especially for the price

Property is old but could be more welcoming. Staff seemed pretty inattentive. I stayed for 4 night, my room was only serviced once, with no real explanation. Walls are thin, the noise is quite disruptive. There was construction next door, which was not disclosed and by day two of my stay there was major construction in the lobby area with was loud and dirty - again, this was not disclosed by the hotel upon booking or checking in. The restaurant is horrible. Do not waste your time or money.

This is by far the best value in Saratoga, while still getting an upscale feel. .3 miles to the middle of Broadway, less than 2 miles to the Track, less than 3 miles to SPAC. A 'Stewarts' adjacent for essentials and a beautiful park adjoins the parking lot for fitness or pets. Bar and lobby are gorgeous. Pool and fitness center, top notch.

The property is ideally located for all services. But the property is old and outdated, but mostly their website says “shuttle within 5 miles”, so we went to book the shuttle with the front desk and they tell us that it is not available to drop off at our needed location on concert or event days.
This was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel, they told us that they would drop us at a location 3/4 mile or slightly more away from the performing center. This may not seem like a real big deal, except when it raining or a late event, there are no street lights and the walk is pretty far.
They should not advertise that they drop within 5 miles, without telling you that they do not on event days.
This hotel needs updates, it’s a 2-3 star at best and the staff at the front desk could be a little nicer.
Wall A/C in room does not work right, mold in bathroom ceiling area, you can hear everything, beds are comfortable!

The staff were super nice; chose this hotel as it did require a two night stay. It was very convenient to walk to the track and down Broadway for dinner.
