I have just returned from another fantastic trip to this jewel of a hotel. From the minute you arrive you feel special and a valued guest. The food and drink are both very good and you are looked after in the bars by Arif Aygun and his team and in the eating areas by Murat Karabuman and his team. Both managers run their areas to an excellent standard, their staff are well trained and provide an outstanding service. They are attentive to every little detail. Both managers lead by example always serving drinks and clearing tables at busy times. All their staff seem very happy in their works and work hard with smiles on their faces, I believe this is because they are appreciated by Arif and Murat. There are many members of staff who deserve a special mention for their outstanding service, but here are just a few: Halime, Durdikin, Sevket, Ali, Didem, Mustaffa, Ayse, Emel and Murammar. I am sure the new General Manager will be very happy with his outstanding team of managers and staff. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel and grounds are kept immaculate by an army of happy cleaners and gardeners, a special shout out must be given to Salih the man who maintains the toilets at the beach, I have never ever seen better maintained facilities. I would also like to give another word of praise for Salih the bell boy, he is incredibly happy, helpful and cheerful, he made us all feel very special. The beach is well maintained with plenty of loungers. There is nothing negative to say about this beautiful hotel. So much so that we will be back in September. See you soon.

Great family stay - arriving on a late flight a wonderfully quick transfer (thanks sun transfers) and we were instantly wowed by the beautiful reception lobby. A great choice of drinks, snacks and fruit was available and we were taken with our luggage by golf buggy to the rooms. Food was fabulous the entire stay - we are an incredibly fussy family and everyone ate and enjoyed their food and you were spoilt for choice! It was hot, fresh and delicious! All staff here are incredible, they seem very genuinely keen to help. Special mention to Akan in the beach bar who was the most polite, helpful barman and remembered my orders from day too! Also Selma who was always smiling and helpful and chatty! Animation team won my very shy daughter over and had her dancing any playing football - thank you Elif, Yakub and Alla! Was so grateful they started kids football and wish they had done it from the start of our holiday. Also very grateful to Sarigerme dive team - Huseyin, Aquaman for taking the time to give free sessions in the pool which gave my daughter the confidence at the age of 9 to try her first scuba dive in the sea where JJ looked after her so meticulously I felt totally at ease to enjoy my dive! She loved it so so much! Thanks guys! All round great stay and we will be back 100%

2ndTime visiting here and it just keeps getting better. Amazing staff who are professional friendly and can’t do enough for you. Food is great with freshly cooked in front of you choices. Spotlessly clean and such a beautiful park setting. Rooms are well appointed and nicely decorated.

Staying here at the moment and have to say will definitely be back, it’s a great place, spot on location, immaculate, friendly and the staff can’t do enough for you. The only gripe is the entertainment schedule. It starts far too late for a young family, not sure if this is due to the football dominating the schedule but kids disco runs from 8:00 to 8:30 on certain nights of the week, otherwise nothing! The amphitheatre start their shows at 9pm around the football and again, far too late for young families to enjoy. I would like to recommend a few suggestions: Football could be shown in the main square near reception and the beach bar, freeing up the main amphitheatre for kids entertainment and the evening show. There could be a pianist or other form of entertainment in the main square at night, it’s a great location but lacks ambiance. The lighting could also be improved beyond table lanterns to ensure you can play games, enjoy drinks and at least see the table next to you. Whilst the description says great entertainment it is certainly hit and miss night to night, I’m hoping because of the football, but not sure as we are here at the moment amidst it. I don’t know why the beach bar (purple turtle) can’t have entertainment every night of the week, it’s a great spot and would get the crowds enjoying the holiday and those who like it quiet would not be disturbed. We are a family of 6, 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby. We are having a great time but the evening entertainment schedule it unfortunately a real let down for an otherwise great holiday. The drinks service at the pool is present some days, and then absent the next. The hotel would benefit from a team serving drinks or a bar next to the pool vs in the restaurant area. A small thing but makes the difference. I do hope these ******* are addressed, like I said, it’s a great place, book now, but please TUI, address the obvious.

Just got back from yet another fabulous holiday here, everywhere sooo clean, fab location & best beach around, food absolutely 'simply the best' so much variety and cooked to perfection. All the staff very pleasant, helpful and polite, big thank you to Dunkoidin (not sure if spelt right?)in the restaurant for being so efficient and friendly at our meals (and keeping our wine glasses topped up xx ) Also only 20 mins from airport which meant arrived in time for swim in sea before dinner........See you next year !!!!!!! Everything was perfect, employees are very friendly, especially we would like to give our appreciation to Didem who is working in purple turtle and Raziye and all of staff:) Everywhere was clean always. Staff are always smiling. We thought that all of these are thanks to good manager and management:)) thank you everyone!!

We have just got home from 2 weeks at this hotel and everything is perfect there my husband is gluten free and was so well looked after by the restaurant manager Murat and chef Erdan every meal time they came looking for him to ask if he wanted anything different from the buffet and would cook him special meals and the desserts were beautiful we can't thank them enough for making our holiday so enjoyable and will look forward to seeing them when we return this is a special hotel also all the staff were so friendly and seem happy in their work especially the evening bar waitesses

This is one of the best hotels i've even been. And I seen a lot of hotels. The staff is very friendly and knows you vey fast, so your regular orders are on the tabel without asking. The fitness team is unbelieveble professional. They even reconised us from last year. Does everything goes well, no, but the correct it fast en with a smile. This was the second time en certainly not the last time. Comming here feels like coming home.
