The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was very nice, the location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to the Midieval heart of the town.

This hotel is in a perfect location…..close to the center of town but away from noise. The room very clean and the staff very polite and eager to explain or help. The bar also very nice and a great place to grab a night cap.

My husband and I loved the hotel Madeline. The location is great- walkable to everything. The breakfast is great, the bar is really nice to relax in. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. We recommend this hotel for your stay in Sarlat La Canada.

Well maintained hotel. Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Great location at edge of pedestrian zone of Sarlat. Buffet breakfast not as good as expected, Especially croissants and chocolatiers of inferior quality. Disappointing!

Centrally located Very close to the medieval quarter. Was able to get pay parking right in front of the hotel. Rooms were spacious.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Plaza Madeleine Hotel & Spa during our summer stay in Sarlat. Everything about the experience was close to perfect. The hotel’s location could not be better — right in the heart of Sarlat, just steps away from the charming medieval streets, lively markets, and great restaurants. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere of the hotel, with its elegant decor and spa facilities, made it the perfect base to explore the beauty of the Dordogne region. Both Sarlat and the surrounding area are simply magnificent — full of history, amazing food, and stunning scenery. We truly loved our time here and would return without hesitation. Awesome stay! Very well located with downtown access by foot in a very calm environment! Very nice Hotel and cherry on the Sunday a great Pool and Spa !!!
