Hotel pessimo per i servizi, per l'igiene e strutturalmente. Siamo arrivate di domenica alle 17, due signore di 74 e 75 anni, senza che nessuno ci avesse avvisate che fino alle 18 non era possibile entrare. Siamo state lasciate in strada fino a quell'ora. Le camere erano al quarto piano senza ascensore, il ristorante al primo piano di un altro palazzo. Per tre giorni nessuna pulizia della camera e nessun cambio di biancheria. Non è stato richiesto il documento di identità. Le fotografie sul sito non corrispondono alle camere che erano squallide e non troppo pulite
