Satsuma Resort Hotel

"I visited for 4 nights and 5 days to play golf, but the golf course itself was nice, but the greens were a mess. The greens have more dirt than bunkers… You don’t need to think about putting speed. They never roll. The view of the golf course is nice. It would be great if they managed it properly… I’m very disappointed. The hotel was supposedly renovated… It was clean, but there were so many spiders and bugs in the room that it was a war with bugs from the first night. When I called the front desk, they sprayed insecticide, caught a few bugs, and left… And they kept crawling on the ceiling, and they couldn’t change the room… They sprayed mosquito repellent and bug repellent every day, but they couldn’t ventilate. When I opened the window, there were no screens, so bugs came in again… On the second day, I was so dizzy from the bug repellent that I couldn’t even open my eyes. I saw fewer bugs from the third day, but there were always one or two every day until the day I came. Room 312 needs to be disinfected or something to get rid of the bugs in the hotel… My friends in the next room said they had one or two in their room. I think they also need to install a screen on the terrace. The hot springs weren’t bad and the pool was clean, but I don’t want to go there again because of the bugs."

"The inn is a villa style with detached buildings lined up on the premises, and each building has a room. Meals are served in the evening and morning in the dining building. It is a completely momomori style without being disturbed by anyone. In each room, there is a hot spring spring, and you can enjoy "Ami" at your favorite time 24 hours a day. There was an incidental service with one drink for application from HP. I chose red wine. For French food, amuse bouche and Japanese food, "sit" protrusions were prepared. It is grilled with water squid oil. Mariage with red wine was good without fighting."
