"It's not far down the soi (alley), you'll find it right away. We came from Nang Ram Beach, about 25 minutes. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful hotel to stop at, this is it. The actual accommodation is beautiful, Italian style. Quiet and not scary. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and spacious. Well-equipped, clean bathroom. Soft pillows, comfortable bed, good quality towels provided. The air conditioning is cold, water pressure is strong. Breakfast is excellent, orange juice and fruit are fresh and delicious. The staff are very attentive. We informed them that we would be returning from errands and could check in at 3 AM. We let them know in advance, and the staff called from Nang Ram Beach. The common areas are clean. Overall, the actual place looks much better than in the pictures. Very impressed."

"The room was clean, but the AC compressor noise from the back was quite loud (I'd suggest installing an aluminum door to reduce the noise). The bathroom had no shelf for soap, shampoo, etc., so I had to put them on the windowsill. It was generally peaceful, but the dog howling at night was really unsettling. The female barista at the coffee shop wasn't very welcoming and provided poor service, though the male barista was good. Breakfast included only one Thai dish, but there were plenty of other options. Overall, breakfast wasn't great. However, considering the price, everything was pretty much what you'd expect for the cost."
