I have no issue with the place except twice now...first time I booked i requested a jacuzzi tub and didn't get it...this time I requested a queen bed and got a double
A double which is to small for my husband and I to sleep in because we are used to a queen 
Needless to say...it was a very long night of broken sleep
Extremely frustrating

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Für eine Nacht ok. Ansonsten alles etwas beengt und dunkel.

Everything was clean and tidy. Okay for one night. Otherwise, it was a bit cramped and dark.

房間衞生可以的，就是酒店老舊了一些沒有想象中那麼好，衹有三層。前台服務態度特別好，整體環境也很舒適，早餐也好吃

The room hygiene is okay, but the hotel is a bit old and not as good as expected. It only has three floors. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, the overall environment is very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious

攜程預訂價格很好，比某國外大網站便宜了30加元。房間不錯，價格合理。

The price I got on Ctrip was great, 30 Canadian dollars cheaper than a major international website. The room was nice and the price was reasonable.

There was a huge mixup with booking a room based on pics on Trip.com website vs what I ended up with upon arrival 
Basically booked a jacuzzi room and got a plain room.
The hotel bent over backwards to try to accommodate me...as it was unavailable and they reduced my room rate for the first night and put me into the jacuzzi room the 2nd night without any higher charge either
What an amazing staff!!

We had a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is convenient. There are several decent restaurants in the area. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. The hotel serves a good hot breakfast with a variety of foods.

The hotel environment is very clean, there is a laundry room, breakfast is a regular buffet bar with eggs and bacon. Personally feel that it is a good trip in the middle of the hotel, recommended.
