L'emplacement était très bien, entouré d'un beau paysage. Cependant, nous avons étaient surpris de l'absence de savon ainsi que de produits vaisselles.

Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money.

The place is not too bad, location is quiet in the middle of nowhere, in the wood. Staff are kind and useful. But extra has to be paid for internet, cleaning, etc. And the parking is not close enough to the room, even the trolley provided is not the best decision.

Not what we expected at all unfortunately. The location itself is pretty but the resort overall is very lacking. Firstly, you can’t drive down to your accommodation, so you have to park in the top car park then use trolleys ( in 35 degree heat in our case) to take your luggage to your room. The bed were basically sleeping on the sofa. No bar or restaurant ( not even a snack bar) no ambience or atmosphere, very dull and lifeless. Our “view” was scorched grass and a ping pong table. We had to leave after two nights due to a relative being taken ill back in the UK. We asked if it was possible to have a credit note, as we lost a week of our stay but this was refused. In all honesty we were glad to leave, we have never been to a more dull and lifeless place in our lives. We won’t be using Belvilla again that’s for certain!

Very welcoming staff, pleasant setting and location.
The accommodation is spacious but you should not be very demanding on the quality of the bedding and the cleanliness (mouse in the attic as well)
The proximity of the neighborhood can be embarrassing in the event of a party...

The advert does not specify that sheets and towels are not provided... an increase of €40 for a single night of 4 people! I am waiting for a refund of **********. Otherwise, fairly aging accommodation with minimal facilities. Old plaster on the walls, not cozy, not warm. Do-it-yourself cleaning = lots of dust in the bathtub… far from the center

Ce domaine est situé dans un beau cadre de verdure. Loisirs proches tels que golf, équitation, visites diverses... N'a pas aimé · A notre arrivée 5cm d'eau devant porte entrée et cela durant plusieurs jours, outils pelle, balai et autres outils à l'entrée de notre studio. Studio ménage laisse à désirer.. peinture refaite de manière impropre... terrasse non entretenue. A l'entrée de ce domaine nous trouvons tous les conteneurs à poubelles et autres casiers linge ect ..pas mal pour l'accueil des touristes. Dommage aucun soin pour ce domaine qui mérite beaucoup mieux.

Excellente équipe excellent accueil on a découvert le golf grâce à l'initiation tout compris le boss nous a bien pris en charge en plus il a de l'humour on recommande fortement le golf de Saumur. Et joyeuses fêtes à tous
