Hotel staff was rude. Room was dirty and toilet ran all night for two nights.
Hotel went off line and no use of registers
Over charged me car parking when I didn’t have a car. Very disappoint

I feel like there is zero value here. I paid a ridiculous amount of money and got a dirty coffee machine( the water holding compartment was full of some flakey stuff), a dirty sink, no toiletries, and a banged up and super loud a/c. The staff however were super nice! However, I will never stay here again as I paid $900 for two nights stay, and the rooms are just standard rooms. I could have stayed anywhere for that kind of money. One of the fees was a “destination” fee for $25. Yay! I arrived. Charge me money?

Great location—everything is walkable, the rooms are clean and serviceable. The service itself was very disappointing. Ashley at the front desk was giving us attitude for asking about over-charges she couldn’t explain during checkout. She was rude and defensive, and didn’t apologize after she realized there was an error and we were incorrectly charged. The bartenders were slow and complained about customers amongst themselves and to others they were servicing. The hotel itself is a decent place to stay but the hospitality is severely lacking. The $75 pet fee and $48 valet is more than I’ve seen anywhere else.

The hotel was nice and cool at first glance. However it’s pretty work in the rooms. Stains on the comforters. Cleanliness was pretty good. Parking was $48.

The hotel itself was absolutely wonderful. The staff and service was top notch and the hotel was immaculate. Our issue is that our room faced Bay Street and it was extremely loud with cars passing by all night long. We were not able to sleep.
