Property was conveniently located in the Historic District and was clean and in good condition. Staff was fantastic. Assistant GM/Overnight manager was friendly and hospitable as was the rest of the staff.

We only had a half of roll of toilet paper and no tissues in the tissue box
I ask for these items but did not receive them
When we checked out I informed the front desk and his excuse was that it’s a holiday weekend
Really o toilet paper seriously 😳
Are neighbors had 4 kids in the room and they were not quiet

This is a great option in Downton Savannah. It is across the street from a River Walk access and only a block or two from shopping districts or to Savannah's free transport. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking is a little pricey, but comparable to any valet service in the city.

Great location, cleanliness and comfort. The only thing I didn't like was that I never saw any recycling receptacles in the hotel. I had to take all my discarded items back home to recycle.

Overall it was decent. Had issues with the TV and the maintenance guy was a little rude. Also, the coffee packets in the room didn't match the coffee pot so couldn't use it. Didn't get to try the breakfast because it was packed and most of the food was gone. They only have valet parking and charge you $45 a day, so we parked in the public parking garage across the street and paid $16 total for two days. Front desk staff was nice during check in.

Stay was not up to the standards we had experienced in the past at this Hampton. Room was not as clean as in the past and beds were not comfortable. The biggest issue was being overcharged for parking my vehicle and staff and management unwilling to make good on my complaint. $78.00 to park my truck in a standard spot is unacceptable. Will have to rethink staying here in the future.

Everything was great until we got our car back from the valet parking, where we discovered one of the attendents stole an expensive pair of sunglasses and decided to put rap music on the radio station while parking the car, as it was on FM (which we don't use, always on Satellite Radio). I guess we should have known better than leave anything in the car a theif may want to take. And i think i know the one that did it. Opened a case with Hampton Inn, but haven't heard back yet. $45 for valet, and $125 sunglasses down.

We have stayed at this property for several Thanksgiving holiday weekends. The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The room and lobby updates were a welcome surprise. Perfect location for our family.

The staff at the Hampton-Inn, receptionist and breakfast area, were the consummate professionals--they were friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. I always felt good returning to the hotel due to the warm greetings that I received.
