This hotel is really exquisite. It features modern mahogany veneer furniture and is adorned with photographic artworks. When I visited, it was peak tourist season, so most of the guests were white families, either couples or those with children. Although the breakfast offered the usual staples, there was a good variety of brands to choose from. What particularly impressed me was that I left a T-shirt in the room, and they actually managed to find and return it to me. It just goes to show how attentive their service is.

While the hotel staff that we encountered in the halls were very friendly and courteous, the front desk staff was not. The continental breakfast was good and being refilled constantly. Also, we arrived on a Tuesday, and on Wednesday, when we returned to the room, we did not get any towel service and the beds weren’t made. I inquired at the front desk about it and was told you only get towels every other day. But, by Thursday afternoon, we still hadn’t gotten any new towels and the beds weren’t made. We can make our own beds, but the lack of clean towels, or service to the room of any kind, is unacceptable. We did see the cleaning cart in our hallway on Thursday morning, but they never touched our room.
