The hotel and service were fantastic, exceeded my expectations. I had a great experience at the hotel, and the service was top notch.

We spent two nights for a family safari and everything worked well. Rooms are spotless and well-built, the beds are genuinely comfortable, and the food tastes like home...simple, fresh, and generous. The team coordinated our safari timings, wake-ups, and even sent us with a hot breakfast at 6:00 am. Little touches...quick check-in, quiet nights, and reliable Wi-Fi, made it easy to relax between drives. Special thanks to all staff and manager and team. Ideal for families and couples who want calm and comfort. Wholeheartedly recommended.

I went for my Birthday celebrations at this hotel and my husband has mentioned the hotel about the special occasion. The hotel staff did not have any curtesy to wish me forget the decoration and birthday cake ! We were 5 of us, Adults aged 30s who is open to music and pool parties,but the kind of ambience we saw there was pathetic! There were men dancing in pool with alcohol and loud music all over the property. The worst was that they were roaming in the entire property in underwears (as they were enjoying the pool party without swimming costumes) When we told the hotel staff that this is very unpleasant to be here they said we can’t tell them anything! I understand this hotel doesn’t allow alcohol near the pool then how come they all were consuming the same near the pool with loud music and inappropriate clothes! And the hotel can’t tell them to stop? We managed to ignore this and slept at 3 AM in the night due to the noise they were making since they were drunk! The next morning a front office staff knocked on my door at 8:30 AM asking me to turn on the switch of the geyser which is not for my room but for some other room! As the switch of the geyser was in our room ! I did not react much at that time and closed the door and went to sleep after turning on the switch but they called again in the room asking if i have done it or not! Firstly it’s such a poor infrastructure that switches are not in appropriate rooms! Secondly , we never got hot water in our bathroom ! Last but not the least , who the hell as the authority to wake me up on a vacation after a pathetic night we had , full of noise , people shouting and drunk dancing in underwear! When i lost my cool and called the reception to escalate the same they disconnected the phone on my face without apologising and never answered the call again! What’s more shocking was even after so many complaints the front office guy has the audacity to ask us about our stay with the statement “Hope your stay was good” The staff at the hotel is extremely pathetic, hotel doesn’t know anything about what customer service is ! Food quality is pathetic! I would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel ever ! It will ruin your vacation!

Good stay at Rajbagh, Ranthambore! Thank you staff I’m genuinely impressed with their exceptional customer service. The staff are kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. A special thank you to Mr. Vineet , my sister accidentally left her AirPods behind, and when we contacted him, he immediately took the matter seriously. Not only did he locate them, but he also made sure they were returned to us safely with careful and thoughtful packaging. I’ve honestly never come across someone so kind, responsible, and generous. We are truly grateful. Thank you once again to Mr. Vineet and the entire staff for making our experience so smooth and memorable!

A good premium resort & the safari gates are very close to this resort. Rooms are very comfortable, especially with great mountain views. Very neat n clean Pool. Food is good quality. The design catches your eye. Their evening hi teas are really nice with folk performances. The staff were cooperative & polite. Special thanks to the staff for their superb hospitality. Also during our stay it was raining for 1 day and still it was awesome weather to enjoy from room balcony. Location is good. Most recommended. Need some more indoor games for kids.

We went there to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and it was amazing! The cleanliness, room, everything was top notch...Great hospitality... They also managed to decorate our room and also surprise us with a lovely cake... ! A must visit place, highly recommend!

Best resort with clean pool & delicious food. Amazing hospitality by the excellent staff. Very close to the Safari Points & more they helped with Safari Booking as well. Keep it up 👍
