Nice clean room Central location secure parking nearby Bed comfortable Shower excellent good flow and hot Disappointed with No USB to charge my phone, it went flat just lucky my Mrs had her credit csrds

Value for money hotel good location

The rooms were flavorful, breakfast was quite rich, the location was good 10 points convenient, but there was no parking, it took about 10 minutes to walk to the parking, the birds were noisy.

The room leaked in the middle of the night, and the leak has not stopped for more than an hour. It is unbelievable. If I had another choice at such a price, I would never choose this hotel

7th visit this year and I would write a 5 star review every time but not allowed by trip advisor . Great welcome by staff Lucy , Ellen , Joe , Phil and Adam . I stayed for one night for a business trip. You get what you pay for - it was cheap and cheerful, the rooms was dated but clean. I appreciated the supply of tea and coffee in reception that I could help myself too and it's convenient to have the bar/cafe for food and drink too. The staff were really polite and helpful. The decor could do with an upgrade but I wasn't there to admire the decor - it was a good place to stay for the night

Excellent room was nice warm cosy. Staff were very helpful Place was very clean as always Room immaculate Bed very comfortable 410 had a very nice shower in it also We've stayed quiet a few times o er the years but this little room was great will be back .

Brilliant staff food really good very central for beach and shops plenty places to visit castle peeshom park pier the harbour theatres parks and the tram lift just loved it all can't wait to. Go back again great holiday

I've stayed at this Travelodge for years. Friendly staff and sea views when available. Not luxury but that's not expected. After a two year gap I booked a flexible room with a friend. On arrival rooms either had a large amount of Mould around the windows or else the bathroom was so rundown that there was hardly any porcelain left on the sinks. The establishment was woefully run down. One of the staff was unhelpful bordering on rude. We called for the manager who was more helpful and apologetic and seemed to arrange a refund due to us on our Flexible booking. However I'm still out of pocket for the early check in of £15. I'm told it will be in my account but as yet nothing. The Chat Box at Customer services has washed its hands of the issue and sent me back to discuss the issue at St Nicholas. So I've no recourse. Woeful service and communication from a company I always supported.

On arrival the shutter door wasn’t working, we were directed to the stairs and lat er found out that the lift wasn’t working. The room was small and cold, there was two plug sockets one of which we used for the heater. The shower was great and the shower gel dispenser didn’t work. The bar was closed just after 10 for awhile for cashing up as they only had on till, a sign was left in the bar to show this. We didn’t raise these issues with anyone as there was no one around to do this with.

This hotel is brilliant everything nere by and staff are brilliant help us every way Lucy went way beyond to help room lovely
