"We were really satisfied with the room design – it was both Instagrammable and comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely! The location of the hotel is quite good too – just around a 12-minute walk to the metro or bus, which made getting around the city very convenient. Special thanks to the captain during breakfast; his service was truly top-notch. He consistently checked on guests with a warm smile, which made our mornings even better. Also, a big shoutout to Rabby for kindly assisting us when we asked about taking the bus around the city – really helpful! There was just one issue we encountered during our stay. On the first day, we noticed that the hair conditioner couldn’t be pumped out and the hair dryer wasn’t functioning well. After we reported it, the team responded quickly by providing bottled conditioner and a replacement hair dryer – which we appreciated. However, a few days later, housekeeping took away the replacement conditioner bottles, and we were left without any again. When we brought it up a second time, the team finally discovered that the original conditioner pump was broken and fixed it immediately. While we’re happy with how quickly the staff responded, we do feel that for a 5-star hotel, it’s important to ensure that room amenities are checked thoroughly before guests check in. Overall, we still had a great experience and appreciate the excellent service from the team!"

A shopping mall is conveniently located downstairs, and a quick left turn takes you directly to the popular 'White House' landmark. All the time saved from not having to walk far can be dedicated to delicious food – allowing you to spend your days hitting all the hot spots and your nights enjoying late-night snacks!"

"Everything was excellent – the facilities, cleanliness, and ambiance were all very satisfactory, and the room size was just right. My only minor complaint is that the two rooms we were given on the first night were incredibly loud. To my surprise, there were motorcycles revving and trucks roaring by in the early hours, making for a completely sleepless night. Fortunately, they moved us to different rooms for the second night, and we had a wonderful sleep. If I visit Guiyang again, I would definitely choose to stay here."

"All Seasons has always been our first choice for accommodation outside the hotel, and its cleaning work is also very good. However, two things made me very unhappy last night. First, I called the front desk after 10 o'clock to inform them that the remote control panel in the room had no power. Her phone was always unreachable during the call. Finally, I went downstairs to get it myself at 11:30, and her attitude was very perfunctory and indifferent. She said that they were very busy and had no time to bring it up for me. The second thing is, as shown in the picture, I found a small hole on the air conditioning control panel in the room that looked like a camera. I asked the front desk, and the front desk asked someone to go upstairs to check it out. They told me not to worry, it was not a camera. I asked him what it was, but he couldn't explain it clearly. He said he didn't know, but it was not a camera. I asked him to find a tape to cover it. He said where to find the tape for me. Then the front desk called and said that their staff had checked it and it was not a camera, but they couldn't tell what it was. They said they would change the room for me. At 12 o'clock, they asked me to pack my luggage and change to a new room. The new room still had the same problem. I think the service of the Four Seasons Hotel should not be like this. There is only perfunctory and negative handling, and it feels that there is no way to complain. The front desk can't tell her her work number and name. Aren't direct service personnel like the front desk supervised by us? Only evasion? Finally, we told the front desk last night that we didn't change the room and asked her to come up to get the room card. The front desk told her to leave it in the room. As a result, they used their own card to open it twice in the morning, saying that they came to see the problem last night. This really made our experience very bad. Best wishes."

"I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed. When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important. The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly. I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this. The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming. We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\ Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. Its inexpensive and I believe its worth the price. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 新世界贵阳辛苦了！"

"Plus point: Hotel is about 800m from assembly point for one day local tour packages. Limitations: The hotel driveway can be messy with many tour coaches picking up tourists. The breakfast hall was chaotic during peak hour notably 6.30-7.00am when guests had difficulties finding seats and food. The room is good and clean. Staffs are nice and helpful."

"The hotel is closest to Xinzhai subway station. It takes 5 minutes to get there by shared electric bike. The room and breakfast are quite satisfactory. It is arranged on the 18th floor with a wide view, but the traffic is heavy and the noise is unavoidable. The most satisfactory thing is the shower🚿 with large water volume, sensitive adjustment, and comfortable to relieve fatigue. The lobby and public areas have a European feel, the lighting is dim, and the liquid coffee in the room is quite good. There is a convenience store, Luckin Coffee, and a good Anshun barbecue restaurant in the square downstairs of the hotel, with good service and taste."

"Because I was on a business trip, I chose this cost-effective five-star hotel. It is located next to Qianling Mountain. The appearance of the hotel is very normal, but I was surprised when I entered the lobby. First, a waiter immediately came to help with the luggage. This service is of five-star standard. He was waiting for check-in, and then directly delivered the luggage to the room. Besides, the front desk brother also upgraded the deluxe room to an executive room for free, which felt very good. Later, because I didn’t like the bathtub in the room, the front desk brother upgraded it to a small suite for free, and the sense of check-in was instantly improved a lot. Then the suite had fruit and dessert service, which made me feel good again. The key point is that there is also a room cleaning service before going to bed. Two cleaning sisters will come to make the bed very warm. It is said to be a suite service. After this series of operations, there is a sense of butler service, which is really great. The surrounding transportation is also convenient. There is a subway entrance at the door, and you can reach various attractions in Guiyang, so I simply stayed for a few more nights.
