"This hotel is the top choice if you're visiting the Harbin Ice and Snow World. The location is absolutely perfect; no more enduring the pain of being exhausted after a full day of fun and still having to take a taxi back to the hotel. The hotel itself is really big, with a vintage decor and dim lighting. To be honest, walking around alone in the hotel felt a bit spooky 😨. Another thing is, because the hotel is so huge, and you're utterly drained after a day at Ice and Snow World, the next morning, dragging your tired, aching body across the carpet just to get breakfast feels like an impossible task. Plus, the restaurant is genuinely quite a trek from the guest rooms. It's utterly exhausting! 😩"

"This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom was also very clean with no water stains in the shower corner, and the toilet was disinfected with no odor. Even the curtains were electric, which was a nice touch. The hotel's laundry room was also excellent, fully equipped with new and smart facilities. The staff provided attentive service throughout, helping with luggage very quickly. The room offered a fantastic view of the lake, allowing me to fully appreciate nature. The lighting and ventilation were superb, the room decor was cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It felt even more comfortable than being at home! Absolutely great value for money."

"I feel like the room is abit dusty, but wow the service they are so nice and welcoming thank you. They gave welcome gifts/snacks too! There is a convenience store right infront of the hotel but honestly theres ntg much there. The hotel is quite near the station but i got lost a little because once u go out theres the 4 junction it made me confuse a little. Other than that the room is really big and really really spacious."

"The environment here is absolutely top-notch! It's a garden hotel with extensive grounds, beautiful lawns, and lovely flowers and plants. The buildings themselves are also very aesthetically pleasing. The service is excellent too; they proactively contact you to arrange check-in. The location is superb. Directly across the street is the Ocean Polar World and a subway station. The entrance to Sun Island Park is just a few hundred meters away. I originally considered staying on Central Street, but I'm so glad I chose this place instead. It's incredibly quiet, yet getting to Central Street is very convenient – you can take the subway from the Polar World or walk to the riverfront for a ferry ride. The room was a fairly traditional standard room, and the amenities were all good. The breakfast was very extensive, offering a variety of Chinese and Western pastries, congee, and side dishes. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit!"

"I arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly. The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number. Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley. The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃"
