"We love the location. Itz walking distance to line 9, Renmin-nan & plenty of malls.  The room was clean and comfortable. AC was auto set ; it does feel a bit warm when we first entered the room. It gets cooler as time goes on."

"A heads-up for future guests—don’t assume the “Dongmen” name means you are close to Dongmen Market. The market is actually over two kilometres away. The nearest metro station is about a ten to fifteen minute walk. Our family of four booked two rooms for our visit. The hotel reached out before arrival to inform us that connecting rooms were not available, but side-by-side rooms worked perfectly for us. Check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, but quite compact. Storage was limited—no proper wardrobes or cabinets for hanging clothes and luggage. The breakfast buffet was nice with good vegetarian options. On checkout day, the hotel allowed us to keep one room until 3 PM as mentioned in our booking. We enjoyed our time here. The team was attentive, the rooms were well-kept, and overall a good stay."

"The hotel ambiance is great, and the front desk staff are very polite. The room facilities and amenities are all very smart and modern. The location is also very convenient, close to the subway station, and there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. The lobby has a unique design, and the rooms have excellent natural light. Breakfast is also good, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend staying here; it's also very close to Sea World."

"Overall this was a great stay with a few issues they need to work on. Would definitely stay here again. The bad: - didn’t get a warm welcome. Had to stand around for five minutes until staff finally looked up from his phone and checked me in - During check-in, staff mostly tried to upsell me to a bigger room. Felt pushy - Being on such a high floor (80!), I asked about the fire escape route. Staff’s instructions were confusing - We agreed on late checkout at 2pm. Unfortunately, my room key stopped working at 1:40pm, which meant yet another trip back up to the 96th floor. No apology. Almost missed my flight because of this. Very frustrating - Sauna and steam room were not running on the second day and took a long time to start up. I guess this is more eco-friendly though - Location is just alright. Not the most walkable, though we did go to a good 茶餐厅 about 400m away The good: - the room was excellent. One of the nicest I’ve stayed in. High-quality materials, lots of little details, and super clean - Warm service from many of the staff, especially the butler who delivered my coffee, the pool/locker room uncles, and the women working at the spa. So nice - For the price ($200, including breakfast) the room felt like excellent value - the breakfast buffet. Wow. Cantonese, Indian, Japanese, western… so many options and all of it was fabulous. Really, one of the better buffets I’ve had anywhere - Nice hot sauna and steam room. Great pool and weight room on the 75th floor"

"Room was very clean, staff were very friendly. We stayed there on 24th December and we had a really warm Christmas eve there. We had a Christmas dinner in the hotel which gave us a good memory with the festive vibe. Everything there was so good and memorable, I will definitely stay in Langham again!"

"The location was perfect — very close to Sea World! The room was in excellent condition, with clean and cozy bedding, and the kitchenware was well-prepared with a great variety of utensils, making it perfect for families. We used the swimming pool every day — it was long, clean, and well-maintained, good enough for professional swimmers to practice! Our kids absolutely loved it. Above all, Arina and Ula were exceptionally kind to our children and took care of them with great attention and warmth. Their kindness truly touched our hearts and made our stay even more memorable. We’d definitely love to come back!"

"the place is very beautiful and cozy. the hotel is located in the mountains, so it is very quiet, no passing cars, complete harmony with nature. the rooms are clean, spacious, have everything you need. and most importantly, stylish design of the rooms. special thanks to the hotel staff! any of my questions were resolved literally in a minute, that is, very quickly. to ensure my comfortable stay, the staff were always interested: should I order lunch? should I order dinner? the hotel provides afternoon tea with desserts - this is also a separate manifestation of care for the guests. i chose a room with a terrace, and i liked it so much that i would come back again and recommend my friends to come😍😍😍"

"Staying at this hotel for my trip was a really great experience! I booked a 1.6m queen room, and the layout was incredibly well-designed, feeling spacious rather than cramped. The mattress had just the right firmness, perfectly erasing the fatigue from my travels overnight. The bedding was clean and tidy, with a faint, sun-kissed scent – a testament to their attention to detail. What surprised me most was the hotel's thoughtful service. I was heading to Hong Kong and initially worried about where to store my luggage after checking out. After asking at the front desk, I found out that not only could I get a late checkout, but they also offered free luggage storage! No need to spend extra money looking for a storage spot. The front desk staff were warm and helpful. The hotel's location is also excellent, close to the North Station, making it super convenient whether you're catching a high-speed train or transferring to Hong Kong. There are plenty of cafes, milk tea shops, and convenience stores nearby. The room facilities were complete, the air conditioning heated well, and there was plenty of hot water. The only minor downside was some construction noise downstairs, but it didn't affect my rest time. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Next time I visit this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! I genuinely recommend it to anyone with similar needs; you absolutely won't be disappointed!"
