Having stayed here so many times, I genuinely like it more and more with each visit, so I absolutely had to write a positive review! The location is truly exceptional, right in the heart of Dongmen Pedestrian Street, next to Maoye Commercial Plaza. As soon as you step downstairs, there are countless shops, offering shopping and dining right at your fingertips. It’s incredibly convenient whether you're here for business or just to explore and eat – no need to go out of your way at all. The value for money truly exceeds expectations! Many small hotels in Dongmen are cramped, stuffy, and oppressive, but the rooms here are particularly spacious, with expansive and bright window views. There's absolutely no sense of being squeezed in like in smaller hotels; you feel completely comfortable as soon as you check in. The front desk staff are all attentive and enthusiastic, always ready to help and incredibly thoughtful. The rooms are also well-equipped with all sorts of amenities, meeting all daily needs. What touched me the most is that the hotel genuinely listens to guest feedback! Last time I stayed, I casually mentioned that the toilet seat wasn't clean enough. This time, when I returned, they had already provided disposable toilet seat covers. Their attention to hygiene is impeccable. This willingness to listen and improve on such details is truly heartwarming and deserves immense praise! I've already made this my go-to place to stay whenever I visit Dongmen. "If you appreciate peace and quiet, this place is a huge plus for its soundproofing. Once the door is closed, you can't hear any noise from the hallway or the street. The ventilation inside is excellent, preventing any stuffiness or dampness, and the common lounge areas are clean and tidy. The guest rooms are deep-cleaned, with every corner, even under the bed and inside the wardrobe, thoroughly wiped down. The disposable toiletries are complete and clean. All in-room appliances are regularly maintained, the mattress is comfortably springy, and the hot water flow is stable. The self-service laundry room is open 24 hours, and the washer-dryer combo is very practical. The front desk service is discreet; they don't bother you but are always available when needed, polite and patient. Its proximity to both the subway and the airport makes it the top choice for solo travelers on a layover."

"This time, I went with two friends to see the sea at Jidiao Beach. We spent a long time looking for hotels and guesthouses and finally booked Zhenxiyue. At first, we were worried that this new guesthouse, opened in August this year, had no reviews and might be a hit or miss. But it turned out to be a real gem! First, the price of the guesthouse was really affordable. The handsome host was very enthusiastic. Seeing that there were quite a few of us, he actively upgraded us to a larger room and even gave us complimentary handmade lemon tea, which was super delicious. Both the black tea and green tea options were excellent. He also recommended a one-day tour route for us. Secondly, the room was very clean, and the decor style was great, with a beautiful ceiling lamp. The mattress was soft and comfortable; I'm not exaggerating when I say I felt like I was about to fall asleep as soon as I lay down, haha. The amenities were complete, and a detail that really surprised me was that, due to different guests' hair types, the shower even had two types of shampoo prepared, one for dry hair and one for oily hair – super thoughtful! There were also disposable toilet seat covers! Since our room was on a higher floor, we could directly see the sea from the window. How is that not a sea-view room? There's a washing machine and dryer on the first floor of the guesthouse. The host even gave us laundry pods and Dettol disinfectant. Plus, the guesthouse is very close to Jidiao Beach, and you can rent electric scooters downstairs for a day to self-drive to see the sea, which is very convenient. It only takes about 10 minutes to ride to the beach. Oh, I feel like I can't praise it enough! All in all, this is a guesthouse I would gladly recommend to all friends who want to come to Shenzhen to see the sea. The check-in experience was super, super, super good! Loved it, loved it! (I was so amazed I didn't take many photos of the room, but it looks exactly like the pictures on the platform!)"
