"I stumbled upon this hotel in Shijiazhuang and was absolutely blown away by the starry ceiling – I literally couldn't sleep! The stars on the ceiling aren't fixed; you can even adjust their brightness and flickering frequency. Watching movies at night with the projection on, and the starry background complementing the plot, really immerses you in the experience. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Parking right downstairs was super convenient, and the front desk service was efficient and enthusiastic, making check-in and check-out a breeze. All the disposable amenities were provided, and I especially appreciated the razor. The bath towels were soft and gentle on the skin. To find such a high-value, starry-themed hotel in Shijiazhuang was a real surprise. It's definitely on my list of hidden gems, and I'll be staying here again on my next visit!"

"My stay at Century Hotel exceeded expectations! The location is absolutely prime, right in the city center on Zhongshan Road, with subways running in all directions. Check-in was fast and efficient. A bellhop escorted me to my room, and when I wasn't happy with the orientation, I requested a room change. A Golden Key concierge quickly brought me a new key card and, while helping me switch rooms, also gave me recommendations for local restaurants, popular attractions, and shopping areas around the hotel. The entire service experience was warm and thoughtful, with no hint of impatience. This is a truly excellent star-rated hotel."

"Facilities: It has everything you'd expect: a bathtub, a large bed, and an ergonomic chair. A pleasant surprise was the humidifier, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, which was a downside. Also, there was no executive lounge, which was disappointing. Special shout-out to the swimming pool, it was excellent.
Cleanliness: Good.
Service: I'd like to give a special mention to Esther at the front desk; her service was warm, thoughtful, and absolutely wonderful."

The front desk service of the hotel is warm and hospitable, the house is clean and tidy, the parking is convenient for self-driving tours, and there is an underground parking lot. "The hotel was clean and very well located. It is 100-200m away from big malls, and there are also groceries store nearby. The service was quite good, I waited a little at the beginning for identification, but it was maybe 5 minutes max so it’s okay. I definitely recommend for the price, the view is incredible as well, just in front of the lake and you can see the sunrise. It will not be top tier luxury experience, but it’s definitely really good, I particularly enjoyed the service the most to be honest, they were really caring and quick."

"This downtown hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our high-floor room offered amazing views, and the dedicated elevator meant no waiting. Just downstairs was a pedestrian street, with direct metro and bus access within a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – incredibly convenient for getting around. The bedding was just the right firmness, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. They even had afternoon tea with exquisite desserts and drinks. The robot food delivery was fast and adorable, saving us the hassle of running errands and making our stay completely stress-free. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour gym with equipment, and a laundry room equipped with dryers and detergent – super practical for long trips. From check-in at the front desk to responding to our requests, the staff were consistently warm, enthusiastic, and efficient, making the entire experience truly exceptional. "I spent three nights at the hotel 15th April to 18th. When I checked into the room the temperature in room was 28C. I set the thermostat at 22C but no change. I opened the window and somehow it became bearable. Next day same story but on third day when I got to room the temperature was 30C. It will not cool down.
I got to know from the staff that the hotel has turned off the cooling function. They do not provide any environment control. The staff offered me to change the room but the other room also did not had a working AC. I failed to understand how come can a hotel management make such an inhuman decision. This is pure shame to the intercontinental brand - I am sure if it was in USA the property will be closed by the city official till they fix the issues. I guess stay away from the hotel if a good night is your requirement.
The housekeeping and the front staff was very helpful but they could not do anything besides saying sorry. They tried to offer me a gift which I could not accept.
Based on my experience I will not recommend this hotel as they can shut down any service without any regard to the guest experience or comfort. I guess their bottom line is more important !!!"

The hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the Provincial Museum. You can see the Provincial Museum and the Grand Plaza from the room window. It is so convenient to go to the Provincial Museum! The hotel has a parking lot, and free parking is available when you stay at the hotel~
The room is large and has all the facilities. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with a large bathtub, and welcome fruits and milk!
The room attendant {Han Yanting} provided thoughtful and meticulous service. She drew the curtains, prepared the bed and slippers in advance at night, and specially brewed lemon tea. I felt at home. Thumbs up👍"

"I've stayed in Zone 12 many times, and Yun'an Future is the newest, cleanest, and most modern—bar none. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
Zone 12 in Tatan is a treasure trove of a neighborhood, with countless restaurants of all sizes and night market food streets. Dining is incredibly convenient. The food is certainly delicious, and the restaurants are also diverse and unique, offering many affordable, elegant, and characteristic dishes—this is no exaggeration.
