"booked a standard King Bed in end March room was large, enough electricity power sockets shower water pressure and toilet worked well pool is small.. about 15M but adequate didn't have time to try the restaurant location is about 10min to the subway, lots of small restaurants around, 711 is in the lobby However the room furniture is aging. the bath tub height was high and need to slowly climb in to take a shower, can easily slip and not recommended for elderly people. need to call housekeeping to add more toilet paper and request they wash or change the used tea cups liquid soap and shampoos bottle pump is hard to press worse is the TV system does not work. when watching TV channels... after 2 min it returns to the main page. also there is a message that a phone wants to connect to the TV... I assume from another adjacent room. inforned front desk, but it seems they are not able to fix it Overall, won't come back and will try other hotels"

"It is our first time to go to a motel. It is probably a good place for staying. The room is big enough for two people, and the Jacuzzi is even better than the one I tried in Thailand. Although there are not many food options for the breakfast buffet, the price is affordable and acceptable."

"First time visiting Beitou, and it was so close to Thermal Valley. The room was comfortable. Even though I saw some ants in the room, the location was excellent and the staff were very polite. I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"Facilities: The family room was a bit on the small side, and the MRT outside the window made it a little noisy, especially facing east, it was quite bright in the mornings. But other than that, everything else was excellent. The room had great attention to detail, with everything you could possibly need. There was a stool in the bathtub for assistance, and it seemed like the paintings and decor on the walls were unique to each room. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided. On the second floor, there's a communal area with free self-service washing machines, dryers, and coffee. Instant noodles are available after 10 PM. The bedding was very comfortable; we all slept really well. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy! Environment: The hotel is right next to the MRT station, with convenience stores nearby, which was super handy. There are also plenty of dining options, and getting a taxi is very easy. It's not far from Lin Dong Fang Beef Noodles, and we tried a few other restaurants in the area that were all good. The pork chop rice is highly recommended. Service: The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and patient. You can also pre-order soy milk and fried dough sticks for breakfast from the hotel, and arrange airport transportation."

"Six-star recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, making for a truly wonderful stay. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless, and the bathrobes smelled lovely! 2. The front desk service was excellent; they helped us with taxis and restaurant reservations. Everyone's service was top-notch, especially the barista at the cafe. The coffee is delicious, so definitely give it a try if you stay here! ☕ I had the hot Americano, and I ordered about five or six cups from check-in to check-out. 😂 I usually grind my own beans at home, so I have pretty high standards for coffee. 3. The location is superb. It's only a 10-minute walk to Sogo, so no need for a taxi. There are plenty of great restaurants, bubble tea shops, and convenience stores nearby. 4. The price is very reasonable. Considering the service level, cleanliness, excellent location, and overall experience, this hotel offers great value compared to others. I highly recommend it! This stay was truly superb. 😋"

"My room wasn't facing the elevated highway, and the soundproofing was decent; I had a view of some greenery. It was great for solo travel; they gave me a king-size bed, so I could sleep on one half and put my belongings on the other. The common area upstairs was also very spacious. Perhaps the only issue was that the bathroom was tiny and low-ceilinged. As a 165cm tall woman, standing in the bathtub to shower, my head was already very close to the ceiling. The location is super convenient, and there are actually a lot of food options nearby. I'd definitely book this place again if I'm traveling alone."

"Hotel is small but the location is excellent, basically within walking distance to everything you want to around Taipei 101. Yes it will be noisey since its in downtown but thats something I'm willing to sacrifice for the convenience. First day check in went smoothly front desk staff was very friendly and worked efficiently, but that is where the positives end. I stayed for total of 3 nights, for the first two nights, since I'm solo traveling and I'm not a messy person, I put on the DND light and chose not need housekeeping. For the third night I finally put on the housekeeping light and left my room around 10-11am, when I came back later I found my room was not cleaned at all and I was told since its late they can only offer me fresh towels. I'm an easygoing person so I didnt make a big fuzz about it, but just surprising to me since I have never been to a hotel that failed at the one thing they are supposed to do."
