"This Atour hotel is truly excellent, and there were three things that particularly impressed me. Firstly, I arrived early, around 1 PM on the first day, and they immediately arranged a room for me. On the second day, they extended my check-out time until 2 PM. Secondly, I felt the original room didn't have a direct enough river view, so I specifically called the front desk, and a staff member named Xiao Lei helped me switch rooms. When I returned after dinner and a movie, the room had already been changed. Thirdly, the quality of the late-night snack was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations. The next morning, I woke up quite late and had planned to go out for breakfast. Due to the rain, I decided to just buy something, but since I went down late, the front desk still offered two complimentary breakfasts. Upon check-out, they even gave me a souvenir. Thumbs up!"

Breakfast starts at 6 AM and offers a good variety of options. The restaurant on the first floor is reasonably priced, and they serve dishes in clay pots, which is quite unique. I got two dishes for just a few dozen yuan, which was great value."

"Riverside view room! Perfect! The location is in Hankou Old Town, right next to the pedestrian street, and there's parking available, which is super convenient. It's a century-old building! It would be even better if there was a booklet introducing the history of the building. The facilities are very modern, but it's a bit noisy in the city center, and the balcony windows and doors aren't very soundproof. Hearing the hourly chimes from Hankou Customs House at night and in the morning was such a wonderful feeling! Far exceeded expectations! The service was also excellent, and they even gave us snacks. The most beautiful river view in Wuhan!"

"The guesthouse is located within a residential compound, right next to a snack street, and just a few minutes' walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The location is super convenient. When we first arrived, the compound looked quite old, and I thought we might have made a bad choice. However, once we got inside, we found the room decor to be relatively new. Since we were traveling with my parents and child, we stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. My parents were quite happy with it, especially the spacious living room. Overall, we were pretty satisfied. It would have been even better if bottled water was provided. When we were thirsty, we had to go downstairs to buy some, just a small suggestion! I think bottled water is a basic amenity for any hotel, even just one bottle would be great!"

"I traveled before the May Day holiday rush, and for 800 yuan for two nights, I guess that's the going rate in ***** for this kind of place. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic; you step right out of Exit H of Metro Line 6 and it's right there. It's convenient for getting anywhere, and whatever you want to buy or eat, you can find it. The front desk is on the 26th floor, and we stayed on the 22nd. On second thought, though, security felt a bit lacking. There are many hotels in the building, and anyone can take the elevator to any floor they want; the key card only offers a slight convenience. The room had a small window that couldn't be opened. On the day I checked in, they said they upgraded me to a king-size bed, so when I saw the room, I honestly couldn't imagine what a non-upgraded room would look like. On the first day, there were no disposable slippers in the room. I called the front desk to ask where they were, and the lady kept insisting where they *should* be. Finally, I got a bit frustrated and said, 'Why don't you come and check if they're actually there?' After the room was cleaned on the second day, I saw where the slippers were placed, and it made me even more certain they simply forgot to put them in the day before. The hotel is less than a 20-minute walk to the ferry terminal, which is very convenient. Right outside, you can catch buses 727 and 1 directly to Shanhaiguan Road. So, if location is your priority, this place is perfect. However, the breakfast was truly, truly terrible – slow to replenish, poor taste, and limited variety. If I could book a rate without breakfast, I'd definitely skip it! I only took one photo of the hotel: a toothpick from the restaurant. You can tell from the quality of the toothpicks provided that the service isn't great."
