Once we checked in and opened the connecting door, the kids were absolutely thrilled! And the breakfast? Also spectacular! To my pleasant surprise, they even gifted me a tea set upon check-out! 😂 The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area, saving us the hassle of constantly shuttling between different attractions. An added bonus, especially in the humid southern climate, is that staying on a high floor effectively avoids the common dampness and musty odors often found in hotels. Highly recommend!"

The two ladies working there were warm and attentive! I even made myself an orange C Americano, which lifted my spirits. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Wuxi soup dumplings were quite popular. "We've been regulars here since 2018, visiting once or twice every summer, and have truly grown fond of the place. We absolutely love the hotel's pool – the water is crystal clear, it's very spacious, and it's never too crowded. The staff also consistently provide excellent service. On this visit, we arrived quite early, and our assigned room wasn't ready, which meant waiting for about an hour. However, the front desk attendant was incredibly proactive, coordinating multiple times to resolve the situation. We were eventually moved to a different room and even received an upgrade, which truly demonstrated their exceptional service. I wish I could praise her specifically, but unfortunately, due to my myopia and astigmatism, I couldn't make out her name tag. The housekeeping staff also noticed we were a family of three and thoughtfully provided a complimentary children's amenity kit, which was a very nice touch. The only minor drawback was that the number of sofa seats in the ground-floor lobby seemed to have decreased compared to before, and the air conditioning felt a bit weak, making it quite warm while waiting there. 😂"
