"The room was elegant and comfortable, and the bedding was great for a good night's sleep. The front desk upgraded us to a room with a view, and we had a stunning window view of the 'King' and 'Jade Girl' peaks. We got caught in the rain, and our clothes got soaked, so we were really grateful that the hotel offered convenient laundry and drying services. You can take bus No. 16 from Wuyi Palace to Xiangshushi Road Intersection. Get off, cross the road, walk a little further, and the hotel will be on your right. In the afternoon, there's a fantastic street vendor selling authentic charcoal-grilled 'Guangbing' nearby – they're fragrant, crispy, and absolutely delicious!"

"Staying here over Chinese New Year wasn't a great experience, and overall, I wouldn't recommend it. We booked mountain view rooms in the Xinyue Building, hoping for more comfort as we were traveling with elderly family and children. However, they couldn't even put our two rooms on the same floor, and both rooms had partial views. The second-floor room didn't even have a garden view 😟. **Facilities:** Just look at the plant by the bathroom sink (as shown in the picture) – it's so dirty, yet they haven't replaced it, which shows the hotel's lack of attention to detail. We also found items left by previous guests in the corner of the sofa, indicating poor cleaning. The room's blackout curtains don't work well; you have to pull them extremely tight in the middle to block out light. All dining and activities are in the Tianfeng Building, and it's quite an inconvenient, winding walk from the new building. The room included an afternoon tea, which was a buffet with selections similar to breakfast. **Environment:** This is probably the only redeeming quality – it's very close to the scenic area and commercial street. However, during Chinese New Year, fireworks and firecrackers went off all night until midnight, so if you're a light sleeper, don't come here during this period. **Service:** The dining service was generally a bit chaotic. One evening, we had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and the paper menu they gave us had already been used by someone else. We understand hotels want to save money, so we marked our selections clearly and confirmed them with the staff, making sure they didn't mix up our order with the previous guest's. After ordering, we weren't given a bill to confirm our selections. Sure enough, our food eventually came out wrong! They added dishes from the previous guest's order to ours. After we pointed it out, they corrected it, but not once did they apologize. The staff members were also stone-faced, as if we were in the wrong 🥲. We understand it's busy during Chinese New Year, and mistakes happen, but that level of service attitude is just ridiculous. We've stayed in many hotels during holidays, but never encountered anything like this. **Hotel Activities:** For the parent-child activities, you have to choose between sugar painting and paper cutting, and you need to leave a five-star review on a popular app to participate. This is the first time I've seen a hotel demand a good review in such a way. These activities are also in the Tianfeng Building, and if we hadn't stumbled upon them ourselves, we wouldn't have even known they existed."

"Conveniently located in 三姑度假区，with bus stop (free public bus) just slightly away fr KFC. If taxi driver dropped you off on main street where KFC is, you just need to enter KFC, and cross over to go out to the back door, and you enter the Weisu hotel. Room is spacious, cleanliness is OK. However, the room is smelly with cigarette smoke. Our room faces the main road (大王蜂), and can hear noise fr passing cars and pedestrians. Shampoo not provided, with a bottle of 2 in 1 body+hand wash on the basin, where there is no where to put this bottle in the shower area."

"My husband stayed here a few years ago and highly recommended it, so we finally brought the whole family this year. Wuyi Villa is perfect for kids; they could easily spend an entire day just playing around the resort. We didn't even get a chance to visit the actual kids' playground, though it looked pretty good from the outside. Breakfast was also great, and they upgraded our four rooms and put them all together, which was really thoughtful. I'd definitely come back to Wuyi Mountain if I get the chance."

"The room was spotlessly clean, and the butler service was excellent. Upon check-in, we received a welcome gift and complimentary mineral water. We even got to try our hand at painting lacquer fans. The location is very convenient, with a lively snack street right next door. The room featured a natural wood aesthetic, and complimentary desserts were served every evening at 8 PM. We also received a thoughtful farewell gift upon checkout. Overall, the experience was wonderful, making for a truly pleasant stay in this city."

"Wyndham Garden Wuyishan is an absolute gem for travelers! Its location is superb, within walking distance of the scenic area's South Entrance, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the Nine-Bend Stream bamboo rafts and Tianyou Peak, and also easy to get back to the station. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Some room types even offer mountain views, showing great attention to detail. The most delightful surprise was the complimentary hot springs and outdoor pool – a perfect way to relax and soothe tired muscles after a day of hiking. Breakfast is a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options, plus local Wuyi snacks, offering a rich variety of delicious choices. The staff are warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they patiently shared travel tips. Free WiFi and parking are available, and the family-friendly facilities are excellent. Whether you're traveling with family or solo, this place is perfect, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuyishan!"

"Clean and beautiful, and the location is great, but honestly, it didn't quite meet my expectations. Maybe it's because I stayed in a standard king room – the view was lovely, but it wasn't as comfortable as a villa, perhaps? I might have had higher expectations for a resort hotel, especially since it's one of the top 50 scenic hotels, so naturally, my standards were a bit higher. The landscaping behind the hotel lobby is beautiful, but other areas were pretty ordinary. I stayed for two nights. On the first day, I went to breakfast late, so the service and food were quite average. Breakfast on the second day was much better, but the taste was still just 'edible but not essential.' I do have to say, the bedding was very comfortable, and the shower gel smelled great. The mini-bar items were also 'edible but not essential,' though they were very generous with the water."

"I personally like to stay in a new hotel. This homestay is very new and the type I like. It feels beyond expectations. Especially the yard is really healing. The room details are also very good. It is clean and hygienic. The daily necessities are also very good. Use, you can see that the boss is very careful, Next time I come to Wuyishan to continue to stay, a pleasant experience ૮ ・ﻌ・ა"

"The entire room including the toilet was very clean and looked almost brand new. It was easy to get to the hotel from Nanpingshi Station by taking K1 and following the directions sent by the staff. There are also free local buses very near the hotel to get to the bamboo raft pier and to the scenic area south entrance. There are also many eateries around. One staff member was particularly helpful - she showed me how to use a WeChat app to find the bus stops/routes/timing which was very useful in helping get around and also to rush down to the bus stop on my departure day so I could catch K1 back to Nanpingshi Station. She was wearing a light purple jacket (not sure if her name is Xiao Yang?) and the other staff could certainly do with her enthusiasm in helping and engaging the guests."

"The rooms are bright, well-designed, and show great attention to detail. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation and modern fixtures. The guesthouse is located right in Tianxin Village, which is the core of the scenic area. It's close to Wuyi Palace, and just across the street from the old town, making dining and shopping very convenient – even food delivery is incredibly fast. The tea area in the lobby is excellent, perfect for business meetings or for friends and family to enjoy tea and reminisce. The guesthouse also has its own parking spaces, which is great for self-driving tours. Overall, the single rooms are on par with a four-star hotel, and as a guesthouse, it offers incredible value for money."
