"Choosing the Xiamen Lujiang Hotel for my stay was the best decision ever! Its location is fantastic, directly facing Gulangyu Island. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal, Zhongshan Road, and the lively Eight Markets, and close to Zhenhai Road Metro Station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The sea view room offered stunning sunset views over Gulangyu, an absolutely amazing experience! The facilities are comprehensive, including a heated swimming pool and a gym. Dining is easy, and the breakfast spread is extensive, with child-friendly amenities and services. The service was professional. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. They were especially accommodating to families, providing children's amenities. We also received a fruit platter and extra bottled water upon request. The room supervisor, Geng Hongyan, even folded a cute little dolphin out of a towel for my child, who was absolutely thrilled to find it in the room! These thoughtful touches added so much joy to our trip!"

"This hotel is located at down town nearby beautiful lake. Once I stepped-in the room, i directly noticed that this hotel itself can be a hotel and alsl can be a resort in terms of view from the window. Xiamen's nice weather and amazing veiw over the lake made my memories unforgettable especially in sunset so that i really had wonderful time at this hotel. Regarding room condition, this hotel is not new hotel, but it is well-maintained and well-managed hotel so that i had no hygiene issue. As for Breakfast, This hotel offers various selection at Breakfast buffet restaurant with tasty hot dishes. Each section was filled with dedicated chef and they were very polite and up for anything for Hotel guest. Overall, well-managed and organized hotel in Xiamen and hope to visit the hotel again."

"Initially, I stayed in a king room, then switched to a twin room. Perhaps because I was used to the first one, I felt the king room had a better and more spacious layout. The twin room was also quite large but felt a bit narrower. Secondly, the bathroom layout in the twin room was smaller, and the shower's maintenance was noticeably worse than in the king room, with water stains and a slight drain odor. However, overall cleanliness was good, and all the beds were on the softer side with very comfortable bedding."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside Jianye Road Station on Line 2. It's easy to catch a taxi to various attractions, and the Dongdu Passenger Terminal is about a 20-minute walk away. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they arranged our two rooms next to each other. It's an older hotel, but the facilities are well-maintained, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Ye Meilan, who was in charge of cleaning our room, is a very enthusiastic and meticulous employee. It was my child's birthday during our stay, and she helped us decorate the room, replaced the batteries in the fairy lights, and even placed a small hand towel specifically on the bathroom sink. She also gave us some great recommendations for attractions in Xiamen. The afternoon tea and evening happy hour food at the executive lounge were both fresh and delicious. We had a minor issue on the first day, and Yao Jieyi, a young lady at the executive lounge, was very serious and responsible in communicating with us. The duty manager that day also responded and resolved it quickly. Later, the hotel's General Manager, Mr. Jin, also followed up, showing how much the hotel values even small issues and resolves them quickly and well. The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety, beyond the usual star-rated hotel options, including local Xiamen specialties like 'mianxian hu' (vermicelli paste). The breakfast hostess was also very professional and had an amazing memory; on our second visit, she remembered us and led us to the same table we had sat at the first day, saying it was 'our usual spot.' We received welcome fruit, a mini-bar, and free parking. Laundry sent in the morning was returned to our room by the afternoon, which was a great touch! 👍🏻 In short, all departments at the hotel have very enthusiastic and professional staff. I will definitely choose Pan Pacific Hotel again next time I visit Xiamen."

"This location is absolutely incredible! You're right at Shapowei, and you can easily cycle down to Baishatan (White Sand Beach) and Music Plaza – it's all super convenient. The place is very clean, and for this price and location, with such an amazing sea view, it's an absolute steal. Truly perfect! I genuinely recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's fantastic!"

"This hotel is right in the heart of Xiamen City Plaza. Stepping out, you're within walking distance of the commercial center, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Taxis to the train station and airport are smooth and quick, which is a real time-saver for business travelers! Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and bright design! The bedding was soft and clean, offering a sleep experience comparable to a five-star hotel. The desk area was well-designed with plenty of power outlets, making it comfortable even for working late on reports. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with great water pressure and quick hot water—so therapeutic after a long day. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, and check-in was super efficient. Seeing my luggage, they even proactively asked if I needed help. When I urgently needed to print documents at night, the front desk immediately assisted. This 'always-on' service mentality is truly commendable! I was also surprised by how extensive the breakfast was for a budget hotel! They offered both Chinese and Western options, with fresh hot dishes, pastries, and fruits. I especially loved the freshly made Shacha noodles, which tasted very authentic! The coffee machine allowed me to make my own Americano, ensuring a refreshing start to the morning. The free high-speed WiFi was fast, and the meeting rooms were well-equipped. The Hampton bar in the lobby had a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding in the evening. The entire hotel was very clean, even the corridors smelled fresh and pleasant. For a business stay, this place completely exceeded my expectations! It offers exceptional value for money, providing both the convenience and efficiency needed for business, while also ensuring a comfortable rest. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xiamen and highly recommend it to fellow business travelers!"

"This was my first time staying at the Pullman Xiamen. The front desk service was excellent, from the moment the concierge greeted me at the entrance to the check-in process, everything was smooth and comfortable. The staff were not only efficient but also incredibly thoughtful. They proactively helped me with my luggage, showed me to the elevator, informed me about breakfast hours, and patiently answered my questions late at night. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding, making for a fantastic experience."

"The check-in process was super smooth! They thoughtfully arranged for both our rooms to be on the same floor, which made visiting each other incredibly convenient. The front desk lady was not only beautiful but also very gentle, and she even prepared welcome fruits for us – such a warm gesture that made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Oh, and the logo pen at the front desk was quite nice to write with too! The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. There are so many restaurant options right downstairs, so dining was never an issue. Plus, it's super close to Xiamen Station, making transportation incredibly easy. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again with family and friends. Highly recommend it!"

"A great 4 star hotel just 900 meters (about a 10 minute drive) from Xiamen T4 and T5 airports. ⭐️Positive aspects: Probably the biggest win is their airport shuttle service. They have a nice new Buick van (that is bright purple 🟪- so it is pretty hard to miss) and the van can be there within 10 minutes of when you call the hotel or message them from baggage claim. So the transportation is well organized and very efficient. Mr. Li the van driver was very sweet and kind. The hotel room was nice and big and has very cozy carpet and a nice soft bed with good linens. Shower is hot and amenities in the room are thoughtful, including white tea scented 🫖 soaps and shampoo. The breakfast, service, and furnishings are comparable to other 4 star chains in China like Holiday Inn or Hampton by Hilton or Lavande. Breakfast has a nice spread but mostly Chinese and not so western. That said, the food they do provide is high quality and the noodles are great and the coffee is real. I enjoyed the breakfast. ⭐️A few negative points: I liked the art theme in the hotel and they pull it off well. Each room is themed around a famous painting and I was in the Salvador Dali’s “melting clocks” ⏰ The only thing I can complain about is there are moments when the art feels a little cheesy. For instance- the little ash trays at the elevator with sand in them have kid’s decorations that feel a bit more like kids’ zone stuff than professional artwork. Also the shower 🚿 doors are red glass and that felt like more of a playful Kindergarten space than something matching Salvador Dali. Not a deal breaker but an observation. This kind of art theme can be difficult to pull off in China 🇨🇳. The only other small negative is there is some wear on some of the spaces and walls. At the front desk counter I noticed some old looking and chipped areas of the desk. Overall a great choice next to the airport. I would stay here again."

"My experience at Xiamen Hotel exceeded expectations! Its core strengths are its unbeatable location and warm service. It's a 10-minute walk to the subway, making it convenient to reach all major attractions. Plus, there are tons of local snacks in Bailuzhou village nearby, making it super easy to explore and eat. As an established guesthouse, the environment is garden-like, quiet and comfortable. The staff are humble and always ready to help, even offering welcome fruit – the attention to detail is excellent. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with plenty of Fujianese local specialties. The hygiene is also solid; the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is skin-friendly and comfortable. Some rooms even offer views of the botanical garden, which is fantastic. The only minor drawback is that the facilities are a bit more classic than trendy, and some smaller rooms are a bit compact. However, for a downtown location, the value for money is already very high. I highly recommend staying here, whether you're traveling with family or on a food tour!"
