"The room decor was really tasteful, with dark wood furniture perfectly complemented by warm pendant lighting. The mini-fridge was also very practical. From the design to the smallest details, you can tell the hotel put a lot of thought into it. The clean and tidy environment, coupled with a smart spatial layout, made for a very relaxing stay – truly a great experience. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, and there's complimentary afternoon tea too. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around; you can even walk to the International Trade City. This hotel is definitely recommended for both business and leisure travelers!"

"The location is great, making it convenient to get around by taxi. It's located in an area with many Turkish restaurants, and a bit further down is the Santing Road Night Market. Facilities: Although the twin room had a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, there wasn't much privacy in the shower area for changing, which was inconvenient. The hairdryer also wasn't powerful enough; it took a long time to dry my hair. There's a Starbucks right next to the lobby, which was handy for getting coffee. The hotel breakfast had a decent variety, pretty standard. It was my first time trying wontons with amaranth and egg filling, and the taste was quite unique."

"I booked room 9005, which is directly opposite elevator 1, making it super convenient to go up and down with the key card. The room is quite spacious; the outer area has dark gray tiles, and the inner room has light yellow and white flooring, which is a very pleasant color scheme. The room itself is very clean and tidy, and the bathroom is also quite large. By the entrance, there's a shoe-changing bench integrated with a shoe rack, and by the window, there's a sofa and a table. The room's soundproofing is good; I barely heard any outside noise while sleeping. Breakfast is on the 13th floor (top floor) and ends at 10 AM. You can also hang your laundry in the laundry room while you're there for breakfast. The breakfast selection is pretty good; I recommend the rice noodles. The front desk service was also quite good; they even gave my child a small gift when we checked out. The only thing that needs improvement is the hairdryer's power; it took ages to dry my long hair. The hotel is also very close to the Santing Road Night Market, and taking a taxi to various places usually costs around 13-18 RMB, which is very convenient."

"The room was clean, quiet, and smoke-free. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The front desk service was excellent, and all the staff were warm, friendly, and provided helpful travel information. During check-in, my friend, who didn't have her ID card but had her Chinese passport, had a bit of an unpleasant incident with the local police station, though the issue was eventually resolved. Although it wasn't the hotel's fault, the staff still went out of their way to compensate us. When we checked out, Zoe (the manager) specifically waited for us to apologize, gave us a small gift, and arranged a car to take us to the high-speed rail station. This experience made us feel that Yiwu is definitely a place worth visiting, especially this hotel. The only minor inconvenience was that, despite being a twin room, there wasn't much privacy. After showering, you step out right next to the washbasin, meaning the other person can see you completely naked (unless you dry off and get dressed in the wet bathroom itself). The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the International Trade City, with the schedule shown in the picture."

"Saw Yiwu, 'World Yiwu', on Douyin and it was completely different from what I imagined! Decided to go on a whim, and when I was choosing a hotel, Atour immediately caught my eye! The location is excellent – right across the street from the Santing Road Night Market. It's also not far from the train station, Yiwu International Trade City, and Yiwu Tiandi. Upon arrival, they thoughtfully upgraded my room to the 15th floor, where I could see the Santing Road Night Market right outside my window. The soundproofing in the room was excellent! The bed wasn't overly soft; it had the perfect firmness that I prefer, making for a comfortable sleep. What I was most happy about were the pillows – they were Atour Planet pillows, just like the ones I have at home, ensuring a peaceful night's rest! All the disposable amenities in the room, including the bath towels and regular towels, were brand new and unopened, which made me feel very secure using them. I truly felt at home, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Yiwu! The hotel elevators require a room card to access floors, which eliminates potential safety concerns. The only thing that could be improved is the elevator wait time – even with two elevators, the wait can be a bit long. A minor flaw in an otherwise excellent stay."

"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The higher floors offer beautiful views, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich, a perfect blend of Western and Chinese options. The rooms are also spotlessly clean, which is a huge plus. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they even offer late-night snacks, something I've never encountered before! The hotel service is excellent and very helpful. Definitely a recommended hotel."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had a really good experience. The hotel decor feels quite new, and the room facilities are decent with no strange odors. They also offered welcome snacks when we checked in, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. The front desk staff were very friendly as well. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Plus, there are lots of food options downstairs, including local delicacies and dishes from other regions – a paradise for foodies!"

"After traveling for over ten days, my last stop was Yiwu. I encountered a problem at the Shangri-La Yiwu on my first night that I hadn't experienced at any of my previous hotels. I developed red welts on my body. Since I stayed two nights, there were even more welts on the second day than the first. I don't have sensitive skin and I wore my own long-sleeved pajamas. The last time I had similar red welts, it was due to dust mites, so I hope the hotel pays more attention to the hygiene of their bedding. I originally thought the location was great and planned to stay here again on my next visit to Yiwu, especially since it's considered a more upscale hotel there. But now I'm a bit apprehensive. Also, the room details I purchased on Ctrip mentioned a complimentary coffee pass for the Executive Lounge on the first floor. The front desk didn't give me the voucher when I checked in, and I personally forgot about it. Furthermore, when I first entered the room on check-in day, there was a strong musty smell. I suspect the welts might be related to mold. At the time, a staff member offered to bring an air freshener, but it never arrived. They also mentioned sending welcome fruit, which only came after I prompted them on the second day. All in all, my overall check-in experience was just average. I booked a Deluxe Horizon Club King Room, which was spacious and well-located, but I felt the staff lacked warmth and attention to detail."

"I originally booked a different room type, but because it faced the street, I switched to the Elegant Twin. This room type is a bit smaller, about 20 sqm, but it faces the residential area, so it's definitely quiet. I was given a corner room; I'm not sure if that's a coincidence or if all rooms of this type are corner rooms. Perhaps I'm not used to the southern climate; it felt quite hot sleeping at night without the air conditioning on. But if I turned the AC on, it felt too drafty because the room is small. If I were to choose again, I'd opt for a larger room type. The soundproofing is excellent; I could barely hear the neighbors. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the room was very clean."

"When I came to Yiwu to visit the trade city, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient. It's very close to the market, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Plus, there's a KFC right next door and a supermarket just across the street. The value for money is really good. The room facilities were complete, and it even had a mini-fridge. They also gave us two free buffet breakfasts. The breakfast tasted excellent with a wide variety of options, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. I was very satisfied with my stay, and the front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming. When I checked in, they even provided a guide map to the trade city, which was super helpful. The lobby on the first floor is beautifully decorated, and the coffee shop has a great ambiance, getting quite lively in the evenings. I highly recommend it!
