"We stayed 3 nights at this very comfortable hotel. We even wanted to extend one night and they were fully booked, which shows how popular they are. The decor from reception to lobby to room was a delight with full use of natural materials, giving a zen feel. The breakfast was buffet, but chouce of hot dished was limited. Also, we wanted to go for a swim at sunset, but the pool at this time was used as one big cocktail bar, literally dozens lounging in the,water, so that was disappointing."

"The hotel is strategically located along the coastline, 15 minutes' walk away from the old town of the World Heritage Site. Booked a sea view room and gave it to a high floor when I checked in. The view is invincible. The hotel has three swimming pools. It is very pleasant to have a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery at sunset. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and there are many guests eating after 10 o'clock. Those who like to sleep in do not have to worry about missing breakfast time. The bathroom is very large, and the shower series are from Colombia's local organic brand, with a pleasant fragrance. Ctrip's price is very favorable, much cheaper than booking. I stayed for three nights and it was very pleasant! highly recommended!"

"The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning."

"Downtown of Cartagena, very convenient for shopping and restaurants and bars 😍 Very friendly staff at front desk who helped to modify my booking. And their concierge is very helpful and nice👍🏼 If a mini bar can be added into the room then would be perfect."

"The location is good and the service is good. The hotel is quite lively, with different organizations holding activities indoors and outdoors on weekends and weekdays. The downside is that the sound insulation is really poor, and you can hear your neighbors sneezing and coughing, as well as the TV sound. We did encounter a power outage at night, which lasted about a minute."

"The scenery is very nice. You can see the sea from the balcony. Hygiene needs to be improved. Furniture is old. What I have to complain about is that such a big hotel does not have a hair dryer (maybe because the quantity is limited, the hotel staff said to look for it, but in the end they did not give it to me)"

"Great hotel with good amenities the gym was good to have older equipment but enough to get a good workout. Location was great right across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms clean and always restocked"

"The hotel is located opposite the castle, but not in the ancient city. Although the straight line distance is a few hundred meters, the security situation is too big. The hotel is surrounded by local people's residential areas, there is a big supermarket, but the security situation is a bit complicated. Everyone said that don't walk to the ancient city, you have to call a car, even if it is very close. The hotel breakfast is very good, there are freshly squeezed juices, various cheeses."
