"The staff is very friendly. Some afternoons, they bring fruit to your room. You can eat at the hotel every day for a very affordable price. Breakfast is average. They accept card payments. We went to the famous El Fanar reef but didn't go in because, comparing photos and reviews, the hotel's free reef seems better. Around 8:30 every morning, groups of Russians arrive and occupy the first few loungers if you don't put down your towel first. Swimming at the reef is usually not allowed in the early hours. Near the hotel is Mango Market, with affordable prices and friendly staff."

"had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. Everything exceeded my expectations! The beach restaurant was fantastic, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. My room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the service — they kindly upgraded my room to a suite, which made my stay even more special. On top of that, they gave me a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to the guest relations lady who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. She truly made my experience better. Also, the team at Cala restaurant was outstanding. The manager, the service staff, and especially the service women were all extremely kind, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality was perfect and made every meal enjoyable. Highly recommended! I would definitely come back again."

"The hotel has an excellent location (the view from above is superb, I've added photos), a nice territory and pools, and there's entertainment. The coral is of average quality, and you can tell a gardener is working on the grounds. However, there are more downsides. Unfortunately, the beach is very small and extremely overcrowded (you won't have space to lie down and relax; you'll be in a crowd very close to others). It's also not easy to walk to the beach if you're not young. The room was extremely small. In my case, the air conditioning didn't work, and it was on the sunny side facing a noisy road. Additionally, the cleaning was poor, and there was an unpleasant odor. It was almost impossible to sleep. The hotel is overpopulated. It can't handle the number of people, and the infrastructure can't cope either. The service is more like 'we were told, so we do it,' but without any soul. This is a typical mass-market hotel; they won't ask for your opinion, and unfortunately, the hotel doesn't care if you return. They don't engage in relationship management. This is my second time here, and it will be my last. But the view is gorgeous, I'll remember that :)"

"We were checked into a hotel across the street. We never quite figured out how to book a beachfront hotel, but we actually liked the hotel on the second line better, even though the walk to the beach was a bit longer. The grounds are quiet and peaceful, beautifully landscaped with lots of greenery, and you can hear birds singing. Food is available and the selection isn't bad. The location is good."

"The staff was very kind and helpful. It's a huge hotel with a private beach and swimming pools. It's only a 10-minute walk from Naama Bay city center. That suits us well. What we didn't like, compared to another hotel we stayed at in November, is that here they serve water in a carafe at the table, and the minibar is extra. If you have a late flight, I recommend booking an extra night because each additional hour you stay costs about 10 euros just to keep the room, and dinner is about 25 euros per person. The all-inclusive wristband will be removed at 12:00 PM, which is check-out time, and drink prices are similar to Italy. Otherwise, everything was fine. If you want to stay close to the sea, you should book Novotel Beach; Novotel Palm is across the road, a 2-3 minute walk away, but much quieter and more peaceful."

"The food was good and varied! Local alcohol was included 🤯, but imported alcohol cost extra. We booked Club Rooms, which there wasn't much information about online. Club rooms offer early check-in, late check-out, and free airport transfers. There's also a lounge area where you can grab a snack, have breakfast, and from 6-8 PM, enjoy alcoholic drinks (wine, beer - Heineken, Stella in cans, bottled wine), fresh juices, and more. The waiters were excellent – not pushy, efficient, and friendly. Room cleaning was also perfectly adequate. On the downside, the Russian-speaking animation team was incredibly intrusive, something I've never encountered anywhere else. I wish someone would talk to them about the difference between suggesting an activity and practically begging and pleading for you to join. It's strange that they don't seem to understand tourists' personal boundaries… Water entry is only possible from three jetties, which is catastrophically insufficient for such a large hotel. You have to queue to get into the water and then again to get out."

"I had such a great stay at Ghazala Beach Hotel! Honestly, it was exactly what I needed – relaxing, comfortable, and stress-free from start to finish. The location is perfect – right on Naama Bay with direct beach access and amazing snorkeling just steps away. The water is crystal clear and full of fish. Plus, the promenade with all the shops and restaurants is only a 5-minute walk, which was super convenient. But what really made my trip special was the staff. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming – they always had a smile and were happy to help with anything. I genuinely felt like a valued guest, not just another tourist. They made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, and the whole vibe of the hotel was just easy and pleasant. If you're looking for a great beachfront location with warm, friendly service and good value for money – I'd highly recommend Ghazala Beach Hotel. I'll definitely be coming back! "One of the most budget-friendly 4-star options. This is an option for guests who aren't easily spoiled. Major downsides: Loud music until 11 PM. A lot of Russians who drink beer and rum and coke non-stop every day and loudly discuss politics, among other things, for the whole hotel to hear. The hotel management team is very unfriendly, unlike the staff who try to be hospitable and create a pleasant impression. This positive impression is ruined by the administration, who try to rip you off at the first opportunity. Our booking didn't include lunch on the first day; it was included on the day of departure. As a result, the administration almost refused to let us have lunch for half an hour, demanding money. Keep this in mind."
