"From the moment we booked we were made to feel welcome. On arrival the staff were welcoming and we found all the amenities needed in the room. We did not have a main meal in the hotel but we both went for breakfast which I must say was amazing. Thank you we will be back."

"The environment is first-class, it is a good place for a vacation, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! We used the taxi app Pick Me to take a taxi in Galle, and then took the bus to Mirissa. In fact, as long as it is not the rush hour, the conditions of their buses are passable. Much cleaner than India, maybe there will be surprises"

"Had a great time and enjoyed some truly stunning views 😍 The staff were lovely and friendly but at times had to request or remind them about certain things, perhaps because we’re South Asians as most guests seemed to be Western. Some amenities listed such as toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and a razor were not provided which was a little disappointing considering the price paid. Also noticed a few stains on the toilet floor and white curtains though it wasn’t a major issue. The breakfast buffet was good but wish there had been more variety. Overall had a lovely and memorable stay and really enjoyed the trip with my best friend."

"Oh ... This hotel just fell in love with itself!!! Photos I do not apply because they are real in the hotel profile. Here is everything! We were in the 4 suite for the 3rd floor and it is really the best hotel in Sri. Very atmospheric and thoughtful, the eyes are joyful for every trivial. Service: Settled early and fast, cleaned in room 2 times a day!!!!!! , the pool is clean, the food in the restaurant is delicious , but expensive. The ocean is not calm here, but if you are on a car or on a bike, 10 or 20 minutes in different directions and either Unavatuna or Veligma or Mirissa ( tuck will also deliver ). Restaurants are also in step-by-step availability. I'm the second time in Sri and there's something to compare with, so I highly recommend. The hotel is worth its money, not ordinary network and not killed local. We'll be back here 100% Aaaaa and on the 3rd floor a charming patio with lying, just huge,this bonus is just a gun"

"We arrived at a fully booked hotel. It was terrible. It was mostly Russian package holidaymakers (families or seniors), with very few young people. It's a good thing we only spent two nights there; we wanted to leave the next day. Breakfast was so crowded that you'd spend five minutes walking around with your plate looking for a free table. The Russians seemed starved, scooping up food and pushing each other. On the beach, the sun loungers were so close together, it was as if they were lying on top of each other, there was no privacy. The beach was small, cluttered with boats, the sand was unpleasant, and the bottom was rocky. The rooftop pool requires a fee if you live below the 9th floor; it's unclear how to get this information when booking."

"I booked this hotel for my parents. They are in their 50s. They said, We enjoyed a lot. Staff was so nice and kind. There were side events on Saturday. Food was great. The room is not like in the photos. We couldn’t see the sea from the bed. But the room was comfortable and all that. We will go there again."

"I'm so glad I booked this hotel; for $45 a night, we practically got a European four-star. Yes, there's some road noise, but by the third day we'd gotten used to it. We stayed in room 309, which we upgraded from 204, and cars will practically drive past your windows. If you're a light sleeper, be sure to bring earplugs. Across the street, there's a beautiful lounge area; we spent a couple of evenings watching the sunset there. 😍 The room has all the amenities, even a TV. When the hotel is busy, the buffet is excellent. I recommend this hotel if you value value for money."

Your area with a pond in which one large fish swims but the area is not completely quadrupled. To the word, you can find another living. There are mosquitoes, so do not leave the room on the dissolution. 3. Fresh juice from papaya is offered when settled. There is a cafe. 4. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Style. With a safe. Real luxury, you come in and roast. Big soft bed. Soap, shampoo, helmet, everything. 5. Each room has a rain umbrella. Towels and beach bag. 6. Price. Compared to the environment. That's a great option. Very many killed, unbeautiful and uncomfortable offers at a higher price. Minorities: 1. The height of the doors. With the height of 182cm twice, two did not fit in the day of residence. At the same time it is very painful. 2. Rooms on the 1st floor have a great hearing on the 2nd floor. When someone walks from the top sounds it seems that someone walks next to you and tears the chips. Very strange and frightening) 3. Life. This doesn't frighten us. "Overall, we liked the hotel. Located in the small CoCobay Bay. Around the silence, only disrupted by the noise of waves, constantly rolling on the shore. The hotel is small - only 16 rooms, so the situation is chamber, almost family. Guests have a measured pace of rest - breakfast, beach, afternoon rest and beach again. In the evening dinner on the menu. And if breakfast in the hotel is modest and uniform, the kitchen is able to surprise at dinner. The main dish is distinct from a beautiful feed and always delicious. And the menu every day is new. The rooms are large, all with ocean view. The air conditioner works well. You get tired of the sun even in the shadow, so you enjoy the room at noon. Hotel is mainly for family couples and families with children. Some parents pay for children's surfing lessons here because compared to other beaches here, the soft wave is not deep. The surfing board can be rented here at the hotel. Another plus hotel - there are no sellers of all kinds. The lying vacationers are closely monitored. You can leave a phone in the bag and go swimming, and go back to the Internet, lying on a cheeslong There is a minus that is not noticed - a river falls in the ocean next to the hotel and after the rain it carries brown water in it. So clean and transparent water you will not see here. And here on the main beach in Unawatun water is just a pleasant blue-turquoise color. Maybe in the dry season the water in CoCoBay Bay looks different, but we were in October and rains went here every day."
