Scenic Hotels in Genting Highlands

"Check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient, which I appreciated. However, the check-out clearance experience left a bad impression. I was informed that a bowl from the kitchen cabinet was missing and was asked to pay RM15. As a guest, I wasn’t aware of the exact inventory of items in the unit upon check-in. It’s difficult to verify whether the item was already missing beforehand. I would suggest the host provide a clear inventory checklist during check-in to avoid misunderstandings like this. Transparency on both sides would make the experience much more comfortable and fair for guests."

"Very very recomemded hotel at genting. Kiddos happy stay there. Feels so cold even without aircon 👍. Very easy to find meals and thereare so many places with kids friendly, also shopping area. This is the real ”living on the cloud”🥰"

"Room is nicely decorated for kids, bringing holiday vibes. Room is clean, with 2 queen beds is just nice for families with children. Location is good, near the main attractions of Genting Highlands: theme parks, malls and restaurants."

"We encountered friendly guards at the entrance of the hotel who helped guide us to the carpark. Unfortunately once we reached to the front desk to obtain our room keys, they said their system was down. But to our surprise, they allowed all customers with this problem to head to the cafeteria and ordered anything in the menu for free as an apology. Overall, it was a good experience. There were many facilities and the service was fast. Facilities in the hotel included swimming pool (outdoor and indoor), cafeteria, hard rock band bar, and many others we unfortunately weren't able to visit all during our 1-night stay. Their room was clean and spacious considering it's a 2-people room. The view was breathtaking at the balcony of the room, especially the morning view. We were able to see sunrise at 7am and manage to take many clear pictures of it. To summarise it, my family and I enjoyed our stay there and we'll be back when we get the chance."

"The apartment was very clean and well managed by the operator. Apartment is still new and spacious. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The only issue that we faced was the jacuzzi at the balcony. My child was waiting to enjoy it but it wasn't working. It can't heat the water, thus the water was too cold for my child. Operator was very responsive, brought the technician to try to fix but unfortunately, it can't be fixed. One more thing to note is that it took us about 20min, slight uphill walk to reach Sky Avenue. Overall its a nice stay, operator was very responsive."

"Trying out all hotels across Genting, this one was a hit and miss. The rooms were huge, studio size with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. No sofa but 2 chairs which was weird. Great views but cleanliness is definitely questionable. The place has been opened since 2018 and it definitely shows. Marks on the pillows. Dust in the corners and a stench from the toilet drains which smelt like sewage. Horrible smell which I could barely stand, nearly threw up whilst showering. Good amenities around the area and friendly staff. Cleanliness definitely needs to be checked up on. One of the further places in genting but a nice drive away from the crowds."

"The unit is new, clean and spacious, especially suitable for families or group stays. Facilities are quite complete (kids play area, pool, etc.), and the view from the room is really nice. Location is also convenient with a covered walkway connecting towards Genting area   However, a few things to note: Check-in can be VERY slow during peak periods; Some guests reported hot water / water pressure inconsistency.  Overall, it’s a comfortable and family-friendly stay, but service and maintenance still have room for improvement."

"If U expected easy checkin, please remind to update the deposit request from Cobnb. As family of 4, I did not expected some driver didnot the area, even Towers A, B or others. The proeblem is not amenities, 2 bathroom shared the hot water boiler that's enough for 2 person but need to boil more 30mins for another bath arae. In additions, the drainage smell disgusting through the whole living room from kitchen to balcony. When U wet the floor, not enough exhaust fan, unless U open the window brew cool air inside. How can new residence area, drainage is so badly built. The best service are the mechanic staff came up 2100, turn our WiFi TV and show us the elextric stove. When guests self help, to key box, the guard verify thr guest ID, photo to What's APp that's open for assistance during first evening. If U want to use, diabilty wheelchair, pls notify the resisdnex staff for help. Other breadfast and lunch easily taken Sky avenue, Skystation, or visit the Outlet mid-level. Be careful if U hire a driver bec the highland driveway is very very dangerous over rainy season. Don't try small car, even U got less luggage. Lastly, if theme park, shopping, eating not rightly suitable I would skip these tourist spot bec Hotel facilities is very, far under our expectation"

"The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The view from the room was nice. The hotel was near with genting skyworld while need to walk around 10 to 15 minutes through the shopping area to get to the indoor theme park. The parking was not included. You need to pay max RM11 parking for a day. Breakfast buffet was so satisfying."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. One of the best parts of the location is its convenience—it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Genting Highlands via the link bridge. There is also a mall right below the hotel, which made it very easy for us to find plenty of dining options. We would also like to highlight the excellent service from the management team, 7Stonez. They were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and even assisted with room upgrade requests when available. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again."
