"I booked a king-size bed for me and my daughter. The room was very big (huge huge size) and had two large air conditioners. There was also a big sofa, a table, and chairs in the room, which made it very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I really liked the shower because it had different water settings you could change. Every day they give two welcome drinks, and you can choose alcohol, tea, coffee, or juice. The hotel also has a kids’ play area, a gym, and a yoga room. They provide filtered water, so you can refill your bottle anytime. We ordered the smoked duck pasta and nasi lemak. The nasi lemak was really delicious. This hotel is so closed to the airport. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again."

"Wayne and his team are absolutely wonderful and incredibly welcoming! The check-in process was smooth, clear, and very easy to follow. We really loved the unit – it was spotless and felt just like home. The thoughtful amenities such as the water dispenser, microwave, swimming items and rice cooker made our stay even more comfortable. The cozy “home sweet home” vibes were exactly what we needed. On top of that, we discovered a lovely Old Town kiosk at the facilities floor, Huge thanks to Wayne and his team for their outstanding support. We’ll surely be back again! 🙌✨"

"Everything was sufficient and comfortable. The house was beautiful, neat, and clean. The fridge was fully stocked with ice, and the washing machine even came with detergent. There was a garment steamer and plenty of hangers. An extra mattress was provided, and the bedroom was set up like a hotel. The Smart TV had games. Even the smallest details were taken care of: AAA batteries for the remote, a bucket, a water filter for hot and warm water, and enough clothes hangers. A clothes drying rack was also provided, along with extension plugs at every bed. The WiFi was fast, the fan wasn't noisy, and the air conditioning was cold. The water heater also worked perfectly. Just a minor setback: the mailboxes weren't arranged in numerical order, making it difficult to find ours (not the host's fault). The microwave also wasn't working, which the host might not have noticed."

"**Ease of Check-in:** The host communicated with us via WeChat in advance. Upon arrival, we simply picked up the keys from the mailbox, which was super convenient and hassle-free. **Security:** There's a 24-hour security guard in the lobby, and key card access is required to reach the elevator floors, making it feel very secure. **Facilities:** The property has a swimming pool, and the water looked quite clean. **Cleanliness:** The apartment was very clean and well-maintained! **View:** The view was also excellent, offering a beautiful sea view. On a clear day, you can even watch the sunrise over the sea right from the sofa."

"Accommodation: The room can accommodate four people. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two. Simple cooking utensils are provided, including a rice cooker, making it convenient to prepare meals. The washing machine comes with a dryer function, which is very handy. The entire apartment complex feels secure, requiring a key card for entry. Additionally, the hotel's 9th floor features a swimming pool and fitness facilities, sufficient for basic workout needs. Surrounding Facilities: There's a bus stop right across from the hotel with routes to the ferry and George Town. Within walking distance, you can find a supermarket and a food night market, as well as several small eateries to grab a meal. Overall, a good experience."

"Paying the deposit was a hassle. Hong Kong banks can't directly transfer, and WeChat Pay, which is required, isn't usable in Hong Kong. I ended up having to ask a friend in mainland China to pay it. To make matters worse, they can't refund it to the original WeChat account, insisting on sending it to a Hong Kong bank account instead. The only upside was that it was refunded to my HK account on the day of check-out. Getting the key was an adventure; I had to go down a flight of stairs to the parking lot mailbox, which felt a bit spooky. Luckily, it was still near dusk, so it wasn't too dark. The two TVs could be turned on but didn't receive any channels. In both rooms, we had to set the AC to 16 degrees and use a fan to get it cool enough. The living room, even with a fan, remained quite warm. The bathroom shower was only an overhead one, and controlling the hot and cold water was tricky. Thankfully, the water pressure was good. The drain was a bit slow, almost clogged, and one of the sinks wouldn't drain at all. Good thing there were two sinks. The floor looked a bit dirty, and overall, the facilities seemed poorly maintained. I hope they improve the equipment. The only positives were the excellent view from the window, perfect for sunrises and sunsets! There are plenty of restaurants downstairs and three convenience stores. Transportation is convenient, with Grab rides costing 10-15 MYR to places like Mural Street and the night market, and about 30 MYR to farther attractions like Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si Temple."

"A very nice accommodation hotel with excellent facilities and decor inside. We stayed on the 32nd floor, and the view was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Penang. I can't comment on the hotel facilities like the swimming pool and gym since we didn't have time to enjoy them! The only improvement I think is needed is the elevator operation system; the elevator for the parking floor should be separated from the elevators for other floors, otherwise, the waiting time for the elevators is quite long."
