"It’s our 2nd time staying with R&F, as our first time’s experience was fantastic, even my 2yo toddler kept saying she wants to go back to the room. We love the spacious size of the unit, very family friendly. Overall cleanliness level is great too, the amenities provided are all like hotel standards. Instructions and checks from the team are very prompt as well. Location wise we have nothing to say, just way too convenient. This time we got a wonderful full sea view as well! It’s sooo pleasant overlooking the sea from our big room balcony. The pleasant surprise this time round is the non-stop fireworks due to CNY that we are able to see from our balcony from the other side of the sea, it’s just sooo beautiful! Again it has left my little girl a wonderful memory, she kept saying she wants to go back to the room to view fireworks this time round😂Overall we would rate our experience 10/10. If we are to return to JB will stay with Fuju homestay again definitely as welll. We love their service and how they manage the property. Thank you for your support and great efforts team! "This was my first stay at Sheraton Hotel Johor Bahru, and as someone who places a lot of value on customer service, the team genuinely exceeded my expectations. Across multiple departments, the staff consistently showed a positive attitude, thoughtful consideration, and a clear willingness to go the extra mile for guests. During breakfast, staff regularly greeted us and checked in to see if we needed anything. Even during peak hours, another team member managed the lift flow smoothly so the lifts could be used more efficiently. I also appreciated how staff didn’t just point us in a direction—they guided and accompanied us to available tables, which made the whole experience feel warm and well-organised. My family was especially tired after arriving late at night, and we were momentarily lost while trying to find the reception lobby on Level 5. The security guard responded to our questions with patience and grace, and that same welcoming energy continued during check-in. The guest relations officer answered my breakfast questions with such kindness and a big smile—even when I was experiencing serious brain fog (lol!). It’s these small, consistent acts of care—paired with genuine positivity—that set this hotel apart. I also completely understand how Sheraton Hotel Johor Bahru lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly hotel. We spotted the kiddie pool with water slides, and Mizan had an absolute blast splashing and playing there. The pool area itself felt thoughtfully planned—well laid out, with facilities that made it easy to enjoy the space while still feeling calm and relaxing. The room delivered too, especially in comfort and cleanliness. The bed was incredibly inviting (the kind you immediately want to melt into), and the overall bedroom layout felt cozy and well designed—simple, comfortable, and easy to settle into after a long day. One more thoughtful touch that really stood out: the hotel even had a balloonist on-site creating balloon designs for the children. Honestly—what family-friendly hotel goes the extra mile to do that? It was such a simple but brilliant idea, and you could see how much it delighted the kids. His balloons definitely made the young guests happy, and it added an extra layer of joy to the whole stay. Unmatched customer service, family-friendly facilities, and cozy hotel rooms all in one place? Sheraton JB tops my list."

"Able to contact the Nest Home team via Whatsapp with fast response, which make it very convenient. They have replied to my enquiries before check-in. They have provided clear check-in information needed in the morning. Using the QR code provided, able to register with the guard room, and then proceed to collect the access cards and keys from the locker. Two parking lots provided but I am using one only. The parking lots assigned for this unit, both are at the extreme corner with pillar at the side, which make it a bit harder to park and get off from the car. There is also a long queue for the visitor's cars (~10) to register and get into building during the peak hours. The unit is quite spacious and rooms are clean. The location is a 5 mins drive to the Midvalley Southkey mall. There is a washing machine provided, but did not use it since I did not bring and detergent or washing pods."

"Been upgraded to bigger suite with 3 rooms. But feel scary cause staying alone even the door is locked 😅 cleanliness acceptable. The problem is the aircond in 3112 master room is spoiled, which make me sweat and wake up twice. I didn’t request to change room cause the time I checked in already very late. Breakfast selection not many"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing staycation We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed how peaceful and comfortable this place is. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with complete amenities that made our stay very convenient. The view was absolutely lovely, perfect for slow mornings, coffee by the balcony, and winding down after a long day. What we appreciated most was how quiet and relaxing the environment felt, despite being very accessible near the restaurants, malls, convenience store and transportation. Everything we needed was nearby, yet the place still gave that calm, private staycation atmosphere. The room was so clean with aircon and ceiling fan, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen setup was practical, got also Ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. Overall, this is a great spot for anyone looking to rest, recharge, and enjoy a peaceful staycation with a nice view. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you so much again."

"My husband and I had a pleasant stay here! We were warmly greeted by receptionist Aini if I’m not mistaken. We were extremely grateful when she gave is the early check in and birthday cake specially for my husband’s birthday. The room was extremely comfortable and the facilities provided by the hotel was amazing. To top it all off, the breakfast spread was too good to be true haha. The concept of having the infused and sugar syrup intrigued me!"

"Overall was ok as it was a new unit. Check in was smooth and easy. The other units around are still renovating, some drilling noise and quite dusty. One of the toilet had a bad sewage stench, asked for maintenance help but they only placed a diffuser, problem wasn’t solved. Reply was prompt though. Would appreciate if more things were provided (eg. tissue paper/ kitchen towels) as price point was quite high."

"Conveniently located on top of the mall. very clean unit, can smell the fresh linen, they washed and changed for us. spacious unit. easy and clear instructions for checking in. Ample parking space which is safe with security. The unit comes with washing machine, good-sized fridge, fully equipped kitchen. gd for a family of 4-5. :) the only 1 thing we have issues with is the lift. many lifts are not working. we were told to park at level 5. and there were a total of 4 lifts. The buttons not working for 3 lifts, except for 1 lift hidden at the stairwell. the next thing we realised is our cards not work, unable to bring up to the unit level. luckily, someone elses press for the lift at different level, and we exited 3 levels before the correct level.. and gotta climb up 3 storeys. :/ initially, we thought is just the lift issues. when we went out for dinner, we face the same issues. luckily someone tap for us to get back to our units."

"This is my third time staying here, and I’m still satisfied with the service provided. The only downside this time was that the room didn’t have a safety deposit box, and it was located on the first floor in the middle section, so it was quite noisy due to traffic and people hanging out by the roadside. If you want a quieter room, request one on the 2nd–3rd floor at the end of the wing."

"Good location! Downstairs have all the massage, chagee shops. There was some fireworks going on that night I stayed too. I don’t know what’s the celebration for but pretty glad to see it. King bed for 3 pax is ok. Went to the executive lounge for breakfast, the curry puff is good, but there was a cockroach spotted, which the staff promptly got rid of. Overall a good stay, fluffy towels, and an array of pillows to choose from."
