"Trip began with a late check in of around an hour. We requested for a connected room beforehand, which we reconfirmed at the counter, and they confirmed it. Upon reaching the room, the room was not connected. They later mentioned the queen room type did not have connecting rooms. The room phone was faulty and unable to make any calls, including between rooms and to front desk. Told them about the issue, which they failed to send someone to the room to check despite them saying they will follow up. Queen room with twin bed: The room bathroom had signs of ageing, tiles with uneven grouting and dirt, tight and constraining room. However, breakfast buffet and overall interior was nice and well maintained. Hotel amenities like the gym and pool was nice and good to use."

The best part is the rooftop pool comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation. The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.
"No need to say much, just look at the pictures and you'll know how amazing the room's decor and view are. It truly exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. Our room had two bedrooms, with the master bedroom's balcony offering a view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The room layout was very well thought out, with the dining and living room combined right as you enter, and a thoughtful bathtub in the bathroom. The best part is definitely the rooftop infinity pool; the safety and hygiene were excellent, and the city night view from above, as well as the Petronas Twin Towers, were absolutely spectacular. Highly recommend!"

"We had a comfortable stay at Parkroyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur in January 2026. The room is spacious for two people, the self contained kitchenette in the room works nicely. We loved that the hotel has a self service laundromat located at floor 1 and we could purchase the laundry tokens from the front desk. The hotel location is one of the best, it is within walking distance to the nearest monorail station (Raja Chulan), quite a number of f&b shops are found nearby and there is a 7 Eleven downstairs which is so convenient. There's also a mini Starbucks coffee booth at the hotel lobby which we can purchase our drinks from. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple yet satisfying. Thank you for the great stay."

"This was my first trip to Malaysia, and I was a bit worried about safety beforehand, but to my surprise, my stay here was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Check-in was super efficient, and they always responded to my messages promptly. They even thoughtfully explained all the hotel facilities and nearby tourist attractions, which was a really nice touch. The room itself was spacious with a well-thought-out layout. The bed was clean and comfortable – it felt just like being at home. The cleanliness was top-notch; even walking barefoot, the floor felt perfectly clean and not at all uncomfortable. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water was plentiful and consistent, making for a very pleasant shower experience. The soundproofing was also excellent, so I had a wonderfully quiet and undisturbed rest at night. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient. There are plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby, making it effortless to get around and find food. There's even a shopping mall next door where you can pick up daily necessities. Overall, this is a hotel that offers great value for money. The service, environment, and facilities were all impressive. If I get the chance, I'll definitely choose to stay here again and will highly recommend it to my friends!"

"The room was spacious, and the infinity pool was absolutely amazing with a breathtaking view of the Twin Towers. Definitely choose the new building; there are two of them, and the old one's infinity pool view seems just okay. Breakfast was very rich. We stayed in rooms 06/07 near the elevator, but it wasn't an issue at all; the elevators were super fast. Overall, this is the best value-for-money hotel for an infinity pool view of the Twin Towers."

"Hotel location is pretty good, though if you intend to walk there, you need to know there is a small staircase beside lexus and walk through a small lane to get to wyndham. Not very clear signages. Of course via grab or any PHV, not an issue. Conlay mrt is nearby and it is walkable to klcc via the park. If you like to run in the park in the morning, it is a nice place to do that at klcc park which also has a mosque. Room size and room amenities are great, tbh. The downside was the pool unfortunately. It was supposed to start operating after their planned schedule maintenance, however that didn't happen. The children pool was only available a day later. There was no pool towel either. However, in fairness, the gym and the children's playground, which were on the same floor as the pool were good. And fyi, they had a snow theme attraction on 48th floor, extra charges of course. Helps to beat the KL heat."
