"The hotel had a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The lobby was decorated with soft lighting and a few comfortable couches. My room was spacious enough and had a nice view of the street below. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just right. I really liked the small balcony where I could sit and drink my morning coffee."

"Had a sudden change of plans and returned to Cebu earlier than expected. In a rush, I picked this hotel, which is not far from the international airport and located in a pretty lively neighborhood. The room was spacious, the facilities were decent, and they even offered free airport shuttle service. Thumbs up! 👍🏻"

"We returned after a year for my daughter's birthday celebration! 🎂 The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. 🤗 My daughter was thrilled when some staff members even remembered us, and she immediately said, 'I want to stay at this hotel again!' 🥳 The Allegro restaurant had been renovated and looked beautiful ✨. However, I was disappointed that the variety and grandeur of the dishes were not as good as before. 😢 (On our last day, we received a letter saying it would reopen on July 23rd… I hope it returns to its previous luxurious state.) My daughter was looking forward to eating puto bumbong, but it wasn't available this time, which brought her to tears. 😭 Our room was always kept impeccably clean, making our stay very comfortable. I absolutely love the sunrise and ocean views from this room. Sitting on the balcony provides such a healing and relaxing time. 🤗 However, this particular room doesn't have a bathtub 🛁. It's always a tough decision when choosing a room: should I prioritize the amazing view or a room with a bathtub? 😩 There are three pools on the property, which are a lot of fun! 😊 The fresh juice by the poolside was absolutely delicious. It's great that a Jollibee has opened within walking distance of the hotel! 😊 Tumalog Falls was also wonderful! This was my first time visiting a shooting range as well! We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. 🥰 We definitely want to visit again!"

"👍 What works well •Location: It’s very conveniently located near Mactan‑Cebu International Airport (just a 5-10 minute drive) which makes it a good choice especially if you have a flight early or late. Staff & service: Many guests report friendly, helpful staff and good service. For example: “Staff was friendly, accommodations were clean and secure.”  👎 What could be better •Noise: A recurring complaint is that rooms facing the busy road are noisy, and the windows don’t always block out the sound sufficiently. •Room size & condition: Some rooms are small (especially the “studio” type) and furniture or fixtures are described as dated. Example: “rooms and bathrooms are tiny.” •Breakfast & food quality: While breakfast is included in many stays, some guests mention that the food quality is mediocre or basic."

"i stay here for 1 night, not recommended to this hotel due to the air condition issue! they try to solve and promised will fixed it in few minutes, actually few minutes = half and hours. They still need us to provide solutions : maybe please provide us a fan? Instead of im feel sweating in the room under the weather 32 celsius LMAO OK i would like to special thanks to Joel, the senior service crew, he really helped to find out the most cold room for me (24.8 celsius), my original room is 27celsius for 2 hours since check in time 1530-1730, they still answer me as still finding technician 🥲🥲🥲 this is my 1st time in Philippines and i hope you will not take the same experience with me 🥲"

"The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the staff was helpful. It's close to the airport and has free airport transfer so very practical if you have an early flight. The shower can be transparent for the person sitting on the bed, so it was a nice experience ! The only drawback was the breakfast which was very good and quite limited."
