"Let's start with the location: it's a bit isolated, but it has a large, spacious, beautiful lobby, meticulously maintained. At the front desk, you'll find very kind staff who will help you with any small problem or request. Initially, I only planned to stay one night, but given the enchanting surroundings and numerous attractions like Sky Ranch and boat trips, I extended my stay to three nights. The price for a single room, as I was traveling alone, is around €20, with some fluctuations, which should be about 1500 Philippine Pesos. The reason for this price is that the room has basic furnishings; for example, there's no shower curtain and the sink is really tiny. There's a restaurant in the residential complex, and you can have breakfast at a cafe opposite the entrance. I had a small issue with the electricity when I first arrived, and after calling the front desk, they immediately sent a technician who fixed it in under 15 minutes. They provide toothbrushes, soap, and slippers. Here's a tip: download the Food Panda app for food and Joyride for transportation, and as long as it's not the weekend, you shouldn't have any trouble ordering. The pool is a bit small, located on the west wing of the reception area. With a few small improvements, especially in the bar area and by blowing away some leaves with a leaf blower, this could be a premium hotel. Lastly, they have parking available if you want to rent a car or motorcycle."

"Celebrated my baby’s birthday in Hotel Casiana and we really love the heated pool. It is toddler friendly and the staff was very accommodating. Buffet breakfast was great, my only concern is the overcooked hard boiled egg. But overall, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"When you book, you won't be able to contact the property owner. You'll just have to find the caretaker when you arrive. The area is really vast, which makes it a bit creepy. But it's great, especially if you have a pet. The rooms are clean, but I don't know what the issue is, as many offices and restaurants are closed and dusty, adding to the creepiness of the place. Good thing many of us booked on that day, so our worries disappeared. On the second day, we were the only ones left, but our anxiety was gone. The caretakers, Ate and Kuya, were super kind, 5/5. If you ask if we'd go back there, my answer is YES. It's perfect if you're looking for a quiet place. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool; it was clean and relaxing."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating from check-in until check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The hotel offers plenty of activities for both kids and adults. We especially loved the farm, outdoor amenities, and peaceful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. "Summit Ridge Tagaytay, in my opinion, is quite good. However, there are a few things that are not my cup of tea. Negative points: 1. This is my main concern. I found myself waking up every hour, especially when noisy vehicles passed by. Although there’s not much that can be done about it, I had to wear noise-cancelling headphones while sleeping. 2. Breakfast selection is just average. Enough to get you through the morning. 3. The bottom part of the shower door wasn’t properly sealed, so water leaked out every time I took a shower. 4. The weirdest issue was with the water. The faucet water for brushing teeth and washing my face smelled fine, but sometimes the shower water had a slightly unpleasant odor. Not dirty, just odd. Positive points: 1. My favorite thing about Summit Ridge Tagaytay is the view. I love that they have a sky lounge where you can take clear photos of Taal Lake. During the day, you can enjoy the lake view, and in the evening, you can capture a beautiful golden hour. 2. Great access to supermarkets, restaurants, and many other good spots nearby. 3. Free drinking water is a nice plus. 4. The amenities are also quite good, they even have swings in the lobby."

"The room i bought has its own terrace that feels so homey. Very good service and very accomodating and kind staffs/interns. The place is easy to locate. parking is perfect also. there is a coffee shop nearby and supermarket for easy access to food and beverages you will be needing. The manager on duty is polite and courteous in any way. I will definitely comeback to this good ambience place 🥰"

"We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool"

"Room is fine, basic for sleepover. SMDC location is the best, so many restaurants and shops around. Commuter friendly location, bus stops right infront of the location. Friendly and helpful guards, lobby staff. Ang sarap mag walking while having Tagaytay cool weather. You can have picnic inside the wide lawn area."
