"A fantastic hotel with excellent service and amazing food! Unfortunately, something went wrong with the booking through Trip.com this time! That wouldn't have happened at ***********! They seemed a bit overwhelmed by our arrival with a child and wanted to put him (9 years old) in our bed. (Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, 9 years old). We then insisted on a different room and finally got one with a crib! After a polite complaint at reception, they managed to ensure everyone had a proper place to sleep! Unfortunately, the spa area was closed, so I can only give it a 4-star rating!"
