Noisy room. Irritating buzzing noise throughout the night. Staff is very friendly and service is nice.

What impressed me the most was how friendly and flexible the staff were. Check in and check out went smoothly. The spa facilities and the pool are welcoming and definitely worth a visit. I had dinner in the restaurant and I wasn't disappointed: for a fair price I had a good meal. Breakfast was well presented and offered a lot to choose from. All in all, a very positive experience.

We were able to make full use of the pool and steam room, which made it a relaxing couple of days. The pool is large enough to swim in and there are enough loungers for relaxing. Friendly staff, slthough they were suffering from being a little short-handed after the lock-down period.

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, dafür zu sorgen das sich die Gäste des Hotels wohlfühlen. Leider ist das Interieur sehr in die Jahre gekommen und beschäftigt. In unserem Bad war leider Schimmel an der Wand neben dem Waschbecken. Auch die Außenanlagen sind ungepflegt. Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel ist die Einrichtung sehr lieblos eingerichtet und ungepflegt.

Wir haben mit 5 Ehepaaren den Jahreswechsel 2022/2023 hier verbracht. Gebucht war ein Silvester- Arrangement. Am ersten Abend hatten wir ein 3 gängiges Menü welches sehr lecker war. Das Büfett am Silvesterabend war ausgezeichnet und sehr umfangreich was die Auswahl sowohl der Vorspeisen als auch der Haupt- und Nachspeisen betraf. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gut war auch das Frühstück. Ein Kritikpunkt war jedoch das Menü am Neujahrsabend. Es ist sicherlich verständlich wenn Lebensmittel nicht verschwendet sondern weiter verwendet werden. Wir empfanden es allerdings nicht als besonders glücklich dass die Gerichte des Silvesterbuffets als Wiederholung im Menü auftauchten. Nicht jeder möchte an 2 aufeinander folgenden Tagen den gleichen Fisch, die gleiche Suppe und den gleichen Braten essen. Vielleicht wäre es besser das Büfett mengenmäßig etwas kleiner zu halten und sich dafür die Wiederholung zu schenken. Die Zimmer waren leider, obwohl alle in der gleichen Kategorie gebucht, in der Größe unterschiedlich. Die Zimmer in der 2. Etage waren größer und hatten, vor allem, ein erheblich größeres Bad welches in der 3..Etage winzig ausfiel. Alles in allem waren wir aber zufrieden.

Très bonne Prestation. Bon confort de chambre, Personnel attentionné, zone bien être (wellness rénové , petite mais suffisante). Terrasse plaisante et bien aménagée.
A moins de 10 minutes de l'Autoroute A3 (Dusseldorf Francfort) Bonne prestation rapport qualité prix.
