Quality Inn O'Hare Airport Reviews

Overall, I'd recommend it. The value for money is decent, and the environment is acceptable. Most hotels in the US are older, and this one is pretty well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle. However, I finally understand why the value for money is okay but the rating isn't higher. This is some of the worst service I've encountered in the US, even worse than a no-tip fast food joint. The front desk staff were rude, and there was no bottled water. But! They were equally rude to everyone, so it doesn't seem like discrimination. I guess it's not about scarcity, but about inequality after all!

Good for a stand if you have a long transit and need some rest. Very convenient airport shuttle that runs every 30 mins. The area is not walkable or tourist friendly – will need taxi or 2+ buses to explore the city. Noise cancellation is +-, you can hear the neighbors but it feels safe. The breakfast had cereals, bread, waffles, butter, some fruits (oranges and bananas), juice and coffee/tea. Definitely scarce if you’re used to European/Asian service, but it’s a usual American breakfast. The stuff was nice and friendly.

No hot water and terrible smell inside of the room. Also website shows they have free parking lot, but arriving there there’s was a charge.

Nice and quiet place but just the breakfast didn't have enough option they just had bread, pancakes cereals and oatmeal no meat no eggs, except that every thing was on point.

Price pretty much reflected experience. Picked this hotel because it was cheaper than others in the area, very close to O’Hare, and had a free airport shuttle. Lobby and outside of building was slightly deceiving; the atmosphere significantly dwindled once you got to the hallways. Dark, small and creepy looking hallways with no elevator. Rooms were okay. Bathroom was clean but toilet had an ugly industrial handle and pretty much all of the towels had stains on them. Various stains around the room too, such as the curtains which had many odd looking marks (hopefully not blood??) and the comforters had a couple of weird looking spots too. Everything else was fine except for the fact that the fan unit was completely broken and it was hot all night. Service was helpful and the free shuttle was a huge plus, but overall a pretty dingy and outdated hotel. Also, kind of a picky note but vending machines in the lobby only took small bills; no cards.

Very nice place, staff great. Clean rooms, excellent restaurant inside. Not expensive.

Good location Close to airport and next to the airport car parking lot.

Comfortable bed.

I used Chicago Airport for my departure. There is no parking lot. There is no public parking lot nearby. Parking was difficult. When I got to my room, the hair dryer was already broken. I ordered breakfast, but the manager of the restaurant did not show up, so I did not receive service. I will not come back.

Overall satisfied, I have stayed there several times. It is a recommended hotel. It is good for business trips and is close to the airport.
