Facilities: Very comprehensive, they even had an iron, which I didn't need but appreciated. There was air conditioning too, which was a relief after staying in hotels elsewhere the previous few nights that didn't even have it. Cleanliness: Spotless and impeccable.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic for the price. They offer a shuttle service, though it doesn't run at night, stopping at midnight. There's a direct train from the airport right to the city center. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam actually has a whole honeycomb for breakfast! Their breakfast is truly amazing – a honeycomb, grapefruit, freshly made 'jianbing guozi' (a savory Chinese crepe), and the best omelets I've ever had. Definitely lives up to its reputation as a classic German hotel. Oh, and out of the four pillows, one is lavender-filled. It felt lumpy at first, and I thought it was a buckwheat pillow. I slept wonderfully. There were many Chinese and German guests, and a lot of flight attendants were also having breakfast there. There's a forest near the hotel, perfect for morning runs. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the toiletries feel like those in a budget hotel, all 2-in-1. Very convenient to stay there and go travel to the city by using free shuttle bus to airport and then go by train. Unfortunately, the driver started to drive even we did not finish keep the big luggages.

We were happy to stay here for 2 nights. Glad that we chose this hotel for our last night in Amsterdam. Everything was excellent. The amenities were perfect, the suttle service was convenient and the ambience was nice. Will repeat this hotel for sure.

Facilities: The facilities are pretty good, quite new. Hygiene: The hygiene is also decent, fairly clean. Environment: The environment is alright. Service: The service is a bit disappointing. Since I was staying alone, why didn't they just give me a king-size bed?

This hotel is conveniently located right next to Amsterdam Airport, and they offer a shuttle service. It's a small, converted Sprinter van with a compact luggage rack for larger bags. However, it's quite small, so if you have a lot of luggage, especially for a family or two traveling internationally with multiple large suitcases, it might be a squeeze. The shuttle departs from the hotel every hour on the hour or every half hour, and from the airport, it usually leaves around :15 and :45. I won't go into too much detail about the hotel itself, but the breakfast was good – they even had kimchi and rice, and someone to cook eggs and omelets to order, which was a nice touch. The gym is open 24/7, and the pool and sauna are available from 7 AM to 10 PM. I didn't get a chance to use those facilities. There's also parking available for around 20 euros a night. Overall, it's a good place and I recommend it!

The location is a bit out of the way, but it has a king-size bed and a kettle, which is great for Chinese travelers. There are no shopping facilities, and breakfast is expensive. However, there's a convenient shuttle bus to the airport. Getting to and from the city center by public transport isn't ideal as you have to walk a fair distance.

Great hotel, nice location, free shuttle to airport, friendly staffs in hotel and shuttle driver. There is a starbuck machine in the lobby

though the hotel is not at the city center, there was a shuttle bus service which was quite convenient. hotel is nice, big and relatively clean. one of the front desk staff was a little rude and had an attitude when u ask questions. but other than that i enjoyed my stay and will come back again

Although ten minutes away from the airport there is a free shuttle service to the hotel every half an hour . The reception staff are helpful and polite . The spa is a lovely way to unwind and is very clean and well kept .  Went to Amsterdam central via shuttle and train . Really enjoyed our stay . Would stay again when visiting Amsterdam

The food isn't much different from other hotels in the Netherlands, and it's generally not to Chinese tastes. Everything else was fine. We happened to be there during Europe's hottest days, and the air conditioning was just okay.

We coulnd't check in until 15:30, that wasn't useful. It was convenient stay at night, but the longer walk way back from the festival made no sense.
