I was very pleased with my stay at radison blu at shiphol airport. The room waa lovely. But moreover the reception staff were exemplary. The young man was lovely, he was kind to me very poliite and loaned me a charger for my phone as i had picked up a wrong conector drom home. The young lady gave me some milk for my tea and had a lovely manner. THIS MORNINGwhen i checked out i handed back the charger and the receptionist very good. THANKS ALL OF YOU. MADE A SOLO TRAVELLER FEEL WELCOME

The hotel is good. The facilities are complete, and the equipment in the gym can also meet basic needs. The room is large and the surrounding environment is extremely quiet.

Customer service was poor. A lady at the reception with a mole on her head was very rude and racist. She made me wait 3 hours to check in, saying the room will be ready in 10 mins. All staff very rude and unhelpful specially towards coloured skin.

The service was very good, however one room didn't have hand wash, and when we requested over the phone, it was never delivered. Otherwise excellent rooms!

Absolutely horrendous stay. Booked for a junior suite with a king bed for my partner and I and was given two single beds! They had put the beds together and didn’t bother to put a suitable bedsheet over it. It had two separate duvets which was just ridiculous! The bath was so dirty, I had to wash it! No towels or slippers were provided and it seemed like the room was not prepared at all. Will absolutely not be visiting this hotel again!

Poor customer service, male receptionist was rude , negatively commenting on the size of my family in Dutch and thought I didn’t understand the language.
