Truly delightful hotel in the middle of nature. Great comfort room with balcony and bathtub, very good pool and spa area and a restaurant with high quality food both for breakfast and for dinner. And the staff was very nice and always helpful.

Nice location and the food at the restaurant was quite good... but the hotel needs a good clean... the rooms are very small and dated. The common areas have not been cleaned once during a 3 day stay...

This was our fourth stay at this hotel.
It has changed hands over last several years but has changed very little in its nice and quaint historic appearance.
Breakfast was good.
A lack of air conditioning during the visit caused some discomfort, but higher temperatures were unexpected.
This hotel is located within walking distance of most trail areas (and there are a lot of trail areas).

In der heutigen Zeit sollte die Anforderung an ein vegetarisches Abendessen keine besondere Herausforderung mehr darstellen, hier muss man rechtzeitig anmelden und bekommt das Gericht aus der Karte... Das Dessert wird unangekündigt extra berechnet, obwohl in der Karte nicht ausgewiesen... Das Zimmer war modernisiert, das Bad nicht... Alte Einbauten, bröckelnde Fugen und für die Toilette durfte man nicht zu schwer sein... Sauna sehr schön, Schwimmbad großzügig... Wenn ich aber Getränke anbiete, sollten diese auch aufgefüllt werden... Sowohl Wasser als auch heißes Wasser für Tee standen gegen 17 Uhr nicht mehr zur Verfügung bei Öffnungszeiten bis 23 Uhr... Personal teilweise unfreundlich! Insgesamt nur mäßig empfehlenswert...

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Neubau mit Balkon und waren begeistert. Im gleichen Gebäude liegt der Pool, der extrem groß ist. Es fehlte an nicht: Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Bademantel. Das Restaurant bot die besondere Spezialität Heidschnuckenfleich an, was wir sonst leider nirgends gesehen hatten. Man kann auch schön draußen sitzen und die Preise sind für ein Hotel dieser Klasse nicht übertrieben. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: Der Schafstall mit dem täglichen Aus- und Eintrieb war in Laufnähe entfernt, ebenso der Heidepark.

Also von Landhaus Höpen bin ich sehr begeistert. Erstmal wurden wir nett Empfangen. Und wir konnten eine feste Mahlzeit zu sich nehmen obwohl die Küche noch nicht offiziell geöffnet hatte. Super Service, super nettes Personal sowie das Essen war ein Traum.
